For myself I usually do these exercises until I start feeling mild--moderate pain, then I stop and wait until the next day. The main thing is to stop when the pain starts.
It seriously hurts in this area. I run about 9 miles every morning. I was finishing up running one morning, I felt a sharp pain in this area. after I had to suddenly stopped for 7 days after a 30 day streak. By the 7th day the pain was all gone. I succeeded on my first attempt back after a week (6miles) that’s all I was able to run, As the run progressed, the pain grew more, I was in terrible, unbearable pain. it gets too tight. I can't loosen it. My left leg seemed to get shorter with each stride. I can kind of feel me hobbling around the track, my engine had even more power but I was forced to stop It's not so much the pain thing, but the limited movement in my leg
I hope you feel better now and back to your running routine. How long did it take to recover? And what did you learn from the process that you can share?
the most important question is
how much of reps & sets in one training session and more over how often during the week ?
