I’ve had dizzy spells since I was little. I’m turning 66 in a few months and vertigo episodes were becoming more frequent as I aged. Three years ago, I lost 32 lbs & started walking everyday. I’ve changed my eating habits, greatly reduced alcohol intake (to almost none) and hydrate diligently. My vertigo disappeared. I pray it doesn’t return.

I’ve developed Vertigo approximately 8 Months Ago, and Had to go to The Hospital by Ambulance, due to firstly My room spinning uncontrollably, so I had to close my eyes, and fortunately fell asleep. In the morning I went to get a drink from the kitchen, and became so dizzy, that I actually Fainted. That’s when I called an Ambulance. I spent The day and night in The Hospital, with no real help, but finally diagnosed with Vertigo, but no treatment. I’m now 71.
Thanks 🙏 so much for Your Help, because I have so many different problems, and on so many medications, I’d be so Thankful indeed if You can help me through my Neurologist, whom I’ve already made an appointment with. You’re so Wonderful. ♥️♥️

What a refreshing Program. I am 81 years old and people don't understand why i don't like to take meds. I always want to use only something holistic. I left two doctors who did not want to give up their prescriptions on me. I get dizzy and get neck pain, seasonal allergies, but being a Christian, helps me to deal with it.

      There's a few. There's always outliers.
But you're right, the general doctor in the US tends to have be quite strange, indeed. Even the good hearted ones have often learned all the wrong stuff. "Research physicians" are usually some of the best you'll find in America. People who split time between research and patient work. They tend to be quite smart.

Also, I've found that my sneeze leaks are almost 100% resolved by giving up SUGAR - the evil toxic substance that is ubiquitous in our food system. I eat only fresh whole foods, nothing processed and NO added sugars. I void citrus fruit too - strictly keto :)

I have learned through vértigo treatment that different temperatures in the ear canals causes vertigo, and that prescribed medication for vertigo can cause heart arrhythmia. By covering my ears to maintain equal temperatures while sleeping the morning vertigo is prevented. The medication I gave back to the doctor.

The stop light thing I talk about i have experience so many times,it's similar to when you're walk on a pier and the wind change direction, you get that same stop light effect, but if you really experience vertigo, real vertigo you wouldn't use the stop light analogy ,I had vertigo ,3 times in my life ,the world starts spinning and you have to hold on to the ground,,, ground is also spinning so you try hold the ground so that it wouldn't spin ,,but it's still still spinning ,and you cry shout hollar for help if I have secret you want to spill , anything for it to stop ...I don't think there's anything that can compare to such a scare of the real deal vertigo ,it's caused by sometimes a silent infection in the inner ear,and I say silent because you don't feel any problem in your ear you don't know you have an infection,

When my vertigo is bad, I start talking aloud saying "I know the bed is horizontal and I'm on the bed." etc. It reduces my stress and gives me a focus point when it feels like I am on a carnival ride. I also use my hand to feel the nearest object eg. Wall, bed, etc.

For anyone who has never suffered an attack of vertigo doesn't know how lucky they are. Myself, I have had a few dizzy spells, but only suffered from vertigo on one particular day and it lasted about an hour. The crazy thing about my attack of vertigo is that it happened as I was driving down a busy four lane road in Charleston S.C. Fortunately, I was able to immediately pull off the road. I then just sat there completely confused. The only other time I felt like that is when I got drunk as a teenager and the world would start spinning. Vertigo felt just like that. Luckily for me, that was the one and only time I got vertigo. I thank God that it did not come back. My point is this, having had that attack I understand what people who suffer from vertigo are experiencing and my heart goes out to each and every one of them. And if this lady knows who to cure people and get rid of their vertigo then she will be considered a miracle worker. Meanwhile, I have had tinnitus for thirty years, but around seven years ago the high pitched squealing noise I have in my left ear became a 24 hours a day noise. It was intermittent and then if became a continuous, none stop, 24 hours a day and it damn near drove me to complete madness. But, and that is a big BUT, if I had to chose between suffering from vertigo or this god awful noise, I would pick the noise. Yelp, at least I can still drive and walk without stumbling around like a drunken sailor. So again, my heart goes out to those who suffer from vertigo and I hope this lady can help them eliminate it. I hope she really does have the cure. Also, if anyone out there knows a way to cure someone of tinnitus I would give my left nut to get rid of this aggravating, annoying and drive-you-crazy ass noise. Anyone who suffers from tinnitus will tell you the same. They may just say left breast instead of nut. Please comment if you know the cure for vertigo or tinnitus.

My vertigo was from grinding my teeth from stress .Doctors had no clue or even asked me if I grind my teeth. A dentist told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth. As my back two teeth hurt. He said -by chance do you grind your teeth? I said Yes for 3 yours. He said yup that’s the reason. I was shocked. Well I quit grinding my teeth. (Was hard) But it worked. !

I had extreme vertigo, I had inner spinning all day, throw up 3-10 times a day, couldn't walk straight. I also had sensory problems. I collapsed and got paralyzed from head to toes for agonizing 6 hrs. ER doctor told me no worries I just had vertigo.
I did a research and cured myself. My doctor refused to help me, I fired him. The 3rd doctor finally said I was crazy and that's when I stopped seeing doctors and start doing research. I cured myself, it took a year but I did it.
