Yes surely, traditional messaging apps can also work. It really depends on many factors, such as how reluctant or keen are people to receive calls from recruiter for example or how many people you have to call before finding one good candidate.

5,99 is the cost of Viber Out. For teams, it can be between 20 to 50€ depending on the package I think but I guess it depends on the country too.
