I found it helpful to have the "hit faster for a time" prayer. Technically "Seguiriya to your Eyes like the Stars" found in Mercy Dreams. Then when the head goes down to the bottom so you don't have to jump, just slash up like you haven't slashed before and you'll take a couple bars down in no time.
Heart of the single tone is really good in this fight as it dissipates all of the projectiles. I would advise against getting hit by her laser beam tho as you receive much more elemental damage while its equiped.
It was refilled by Virdiana, the lady accompanying me during the fight. You could ask for her help if you want, she’s just outside the door to the boss fight when you get to it for the first time.
And you almost didn't have her easy stance when you don't have to jump but can spam few more hits, especially in 1phase it helps to get fast into second phase with saved healing.
She was worshipped for her beauty, but she saw it as blasphemy and plunged her face into boiling oil to give her beauty up to God. She then eventually became a guardian to a relic, in the form of that boss.

But she didn't want people to worship her and thus poured boiling oil on her face, The miracle then "blessed" her with this body that is made of gold and constantly burns
