i request you all natty lifters out there, that don’t follow a single tip from this type of guys, first of all you just need to do 2-3 exercises for chest per session (twice a week), secondly there’s no limit of rest between the sets, whenever you feel like doing the set with same intensity like before-is the best.This guy’s been on steroids his entire life, so no matter what he does it’ll work. You can see a lot of hypertrophy studies on natural vs unnatural lifters, you’ll get know everything.
