Such a nice training session, well explained why you do each thing you do with her
Thanks
Wow..Thank you so much
You are welcome
This is awesome.
My horse - she is calm and rides by things and once in a while reacts with the duck/dive/spin and bolt (she has stopped bolting). She is 11 years old with some medical trauma (I got her green broke and she was a go anywhere/do anything type of horse for a long time. I’ve been riding for years but am not a trainer) then she started violently spooking - and every time - it was along the rail, head down, slow jog and quiet. She did not look at anything in particular, just BOOM! My confidence was shot.
At the vet - scoped her - pyloric ulcers and then did an ovarian exam - a large tumor growing on an ovary. So - I treated everything- my mare is spayed. It’s now been almost a year and her spooking outside has disappeared (except for small things) Inside an arena… still a bit of a problem. I take her to things that scare her - and she goes by just fine about 20 times - then goes into overwhelm and will do the hard spook and then we have to work up the the object all over again. I’m going to enlist the help of a professional, it’s just frustrating. We have to go through it over and over again.
My confidence has been somewhat restored.
Thanks for your videos
