Devieilhe is fine, though I’ve heard better versions of this-not sure why she decided suddenly to focus on baroque stuff when her voice is better suited to other music and there are plenty of sopranos who are better suited to baroque than she is but whatever-but I just don’t understand the modern tendency to make productions as visually hideous as humanly possible. What the hell is happening here.

She started with baroque repertoire and always had sung it, you might want to investigate just a tad bit before schooling the world .
Another visually stupid production…
