Chasing a water leak honda cr v, honda crv water leak trunk, honda crv leaking water inside boot.

  • For two years somehow water is leaking in the honda cr v, it happens only sometimes but it's getting in the trunk or boot area.
    No car should be leaking water inside i know it's rain water because it only happens sometimes when its raining.
    It has taken a long time to find the leak so i have needed to stretch this over two videos. so i hope you come back for part two.

    Probably bad seam between metal panels. Hondas of that generation seem to be prone to this, like my old Fit. Just seam sealer and no welds. Water ends up seeping in and collecting in the boot.

      Yep, I had a bad seam on my accord tourer, it was between the rear side panel and the roof (under the roof rails), a section of the sealant between the panels was gone!

      Well i found it and i think your right, it's the only area i could see that it could be.

      ​@@GPTV2020people are saying it is the hinges over time get distorted and it doesn't seal in middle under the rear brake light.
