If you're use to being a suburbs babe - I highly recommend zone 3.
Been searching for a while, can't find something good. What areas in zone 3? Taking ALL the recommendations right now!! Lol
2-bed is not 1200, it goes up in at least £500 increments per room.
Yes you do have area in London offer that range of rate for £1200 like in Edgware, Harrow,Hayes, Uxbridge, Kingston etc but this area are more fewer down to : Notting hill, Kensington,Maida vale, Hammersmith,shepherd bush, Kensal green, kilburn, wildsen junction etc who are more expensive area .because they pretty close of West end

This was an insightful video, thank you for being transparent. How are you able to afford £1000 a month on rent? Do you have to work to be able to afford the high living costs as student loan would not be nearly enough to cover that, plus food etc. London is great, but so expensive!

Hello! I have a question 🥺, how long does it normally take to move into a flat? I mean, if I have seen a flat that is available inmediatly and I want to move as soon as possible how long does it normally take? How much do I have to wait to move to the flat after I send the paperwork?

The process is pretty quick if all the paperwork is in order as most places are looking for people to move in asap! :)
