But let's just put the downgrade affairs and bugs aside, they do make good, some might also say great games... even though they might take a little time after launch to be playable :D

I will still always love this company so much. Never had a problem with Watch Dogs, Unity, or Division. Although I didn't like Splinter Cell Blacklist, but word has it they are bringing Ironside back.
Everybody who complains here should go and try to make a videogame all by themselves. Then they will see how hard it is to create something like that, there are so many steps and so much work which is put in one single game, they spent countless day and nights for our joy! But all you do is to complain, but you don't see and you don't listen. I really like this little massage Ubisoft wants to tell us with this video. They don't want to say that they're making perfect games but they try to tell us that there are people, faces behind this games, and those people are really passionate about their job. They want to tell us that everything is possible no matter what other people say to you or what you experienced so far. They want to tell you that you should never give up, if you make mistakes, learn, grow and move on. They want to tell you that gaming isn't just having fun, you can learn from it as well. And for that little message I would like to thank Ubisoft from the bottom of my heart!

I don't have any negative feelings towards the developers themselves, but someone higher up is making some really poor decisions and it's making it harder and harder to trust the Ubisoft name.

I understand that they have a story to share on how they was introduced to Ubisoft and what their vision is. But please, this doesn't make up for how bad you take care of your games, Rainbow Six Siege, Watch Dogs and more. I must admit though, AC Syndicate was the best Assassin's Creed I've played since AC2. People who are diehard Ubisoft fans might disagree on my opinion about them. But I see so much potential in their games, great ideas from every direction, but whoever decides to shove in Multiplayer feature into a spesific game that is mainly designed for singleplayer experience. What happend to games that was fully polished and ready on launch?. Now, this doesn't go for just Ubisoft, this goes for Activision and EA as well. I don't care one dime on how you got introduced to whatever company you're working for, all I want you to do is to create a good solid product and not rush it out just for the sake of money. Take your time with developement. If Cloud Imperium Games can spend so much time developing, why can't you?
I think that this video truly shown that ubisoft employees really have emotions and passion for their job. Try to look in the eyes of mr. Dan and tell him otherwise. I played a lot of ubisoft games and they were great experiences to me and i think that no game can be perfect. Take Unity for example the core game was truly great the customization, enviroment, storyline, the only bad thing was the optimization and frame drops. And what when we talk about downgrades? Try to imagine you ve never seen any of those trailers, are these games worse in gameplay, storyline or anything else but visuals? i think that answer is NO. I m just a teenager now but when i ll have to decide where to work i probably choose ubisoft despite of tons of haters. And no i m not too young to understand it :)
