When I worked at Pepsi and had a call for a jam on a column I would take cover off and then I would unplug the vend motor then release the brake. Column would fix it self.
Awesome video if you goto the user menu and you can make the display scroll ICE COLD DRINK Service Button -> scroll to USER -> scroll to SSM -> Press and Hold Button 1 and it will say on. then it will scroll ICE COLD DRINK as an attract mode :)
You can unplug the two wire stack plug at the bottom of the door and it will kill the power to the while door. You can always contact me with questions.
As a vending machine service tech I believe the JC 10 error is most likely related to your board. Chances are the board on your machine came from a different machine and was refurbished. Some DN machines have 10 columns. If this is the case you don't have a serious problem but it will always be there.
JUST bought this model machine and thought I had to do one or the other cans or bottles. Do I have to do special programming to get both? My machine will be in an area where I think bottles would do better, but I have limited access to purchasing 20 oz so I was going to do cans.
Why do people put dimes, nickles, and pennies in the machine? I'm thinking if there should be a sign saying we don't accept those? I'll take the tips though when I see it in my gumball machine, LOL. As for my gumball machine. I'm doing really good with it so far. I made over $130 when I last took the money out. I still only have 1 machine. 😎🤑

The JC10 error went away after changing out the membrane though

For 12 oz cans and 16.9 oz bottles you can use can shims. For 20 oz bottles you need bottle shims
