TFL should absolutely be held accountable for this. Not only for the gap still existing but also for how untrained the staff were in a crisis situation. Not monitoring CCTV, not knowing who to call to shut the power off, and then the driver not doing his observation of the train properly. If he couldn't spot a bright pink coat down the side of the train it really makes me wonder if he could spot any faults with the train at all. Absolutely shocking that Sarah had to go through all of that. But what an inspiration she is. Not only did she have the physical strength she also had the mental strength to deal with the situation better than literally everyone and how she handled her recovery so incredibly well. Wishing Sarah all the best! ❤️
