    Its a great tool with a multitude of benefits. Not only because of the physiological responses such as lowered heartrate and increased temperature, also heart rate variability increases. Patients also report a decrease in stress and anxiety and an increase in energy. Through target pain relief, chronic pain and worst pain intensity is reduced because of resensitization of pain receptors which have stored pain memory. You can reverse it by stimulating those receptors again and thus erase pain pathways in the body.

      Amazing! I have the best experience with using the neck pillow, and experience emotional pain relief. This comment helped me understand how accupressure might be helping me rewire emotional pain response /trauma

    I have just bought one of these and it is brilliant. I have a problem where I have a constant buzzing sensation all through my body, it is something left over from an addiction to benzos a few years ago. When I lay on the mat on my back, it reduces this sensation to almost zero. Gives me a few minutes break from it each day x

      Check out the books from Anthony William. He has helped so many people wanting better health. I do his celery juicing and Heavy Metal Detox smoothie every day. He has protocols for buzzing in the body.

      This is helpful. I get similar buzzing sensations due to fibromyalgia and other conditions. Glad the mat helps. I am expecting mine in a few days.

    Had this for Xmas off my partner and it's one of the best things she's ever bought me. Due to illness I've only used it Xmas day and today BUT both times it relaxed me unbelievably well. I can't believe it, even sat here feeling the benefits of it, it feels unreal. Great product. Time to go to sleep. 😴

    • @Emily-us4gq
      @Emily-us4gq 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What position did you lay in to get that effect?

    • @kryptboy
      @kryptboy 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Emily-us4gq I lay completely flat on my back, I lay there for around 15-20minutes and it went through the uncomfortable stage to warm within minutes and then after an additional 5-10 minutes I entered the totally relaxed stage where I felt like I was lying on something flat and comfortable, not spiky.
      I hope this helps and you achieve your desired effect too. I tried to ensure I relaxed into it as much as I could too, you may notice you hold yourself a little but if you relax your shoulders and increase how much of you touches the spokes you'll definitely see the benefits

    What a sweet and classy video. I received my mat and pillow a week or more ago. The spikes were intense on my body. I have since hid the mat and pillow in the corner. Wrote to the company and they did not reply regarding directions and such..A few days ago my knee began hurting and i thought of the mat.. I am wondering if you can give guidance on how to use the mat to target the knee ? Thank you soo much
