Money incentives are evil when used to accomplish their own (or a political party's) goals at the expense of the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. How are kids to understand any cultural reference if they are prohibited from hearing this parable? How can they understand Harriet Tubman was referred to as Moses if teachers are prohibited from teaching that Moses was known for leading his people out of slavery into freedom? It isn’t about promoting a single religion. It’s about a well-rounded education both culturally and historically with good moral values taught along the way and if that includes one or two references like Moses or the Good Samaritan or the golden rule, why is that what people are upset about and want to fight against? Hopefully they put more effort into fighting child abuse and bullying taking place in schools as teaching about the Good Samaritan.

Caesar’s = THE STATE!
God’s = THE CHURCH!
@@protestant77 The Lord Jesus also taught his disciples to pray saying "Thy Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven." Meaning God's will should influence every aspect of society. That includes earthly governments and politics.
