Lukewarm milk 70ml+-
Active dry yeast 6g|2tsp
Bread flour 300g|2,1/8cup
Sugar 30g|1/8cup
Salt 2.5g|1/2tsp
Whole egg 3 (55g+- an egg)
Unsalted butter 80g|1/3cup
Dark brown sugar 30g|1/8cup
Sesame as needed

This is a beauty. But can I knead it without a stand mixer? The dough seems very sticky to handle if I don't have a stand mixer. Kindly enlighten me. Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe.
Would be very difficult without a mixer and dough hook. It would take you a very long time as well.
Please show eggless recipe or if possible egg substitute....I have made many breads from your recipe...they always come out perfect.

Brioche needs eggs but if you want that same fluffy texture make milk bread instead.
