    Just made this,
    First time making bread and wow does my place smell amazing ! I’ve made croissants before so I guess technically I have the bread but nothing like this
    Make some garlic butter to put on top and also saved a bit to make French toast. Can’t wait thank you so much for this recipe is made approaching this so easy !

    I finally made French brioche. One thing that is not mentioned is how long you let the yeast sit. Thank you for this awesome tutorial.

    easy recipe not too much butter i will try this. This is 66% hydration i think i will just add a bit more Milk to go for 70% hydration. Thanks

    • @judyhollywood3928
      @judyhollywood3928 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Luther.. wow how interesting. Have been Learning how to make Bread. Hydration not sure l understand. How do you know what 66% Hydration is.. then more milk to 70%.
      Your adding more liquid.. ls it to keep Dough more moist, softer, not hard, heavy - Curious? Why? 🤔
      Luther, l appreciate but if not..okay no problem .. still wish you the Best.. Stay Safe 🙂😀😊

    I know this is an older video, not sure if you’d still answer questions.. I just wanted to know which level of the oven did you bake this bread, middle or middle lower? Thank you in advance…🙏🏻❤️

    I’m not a baker by any means and my skill is still rather basic so curious, in order not to heat up the butter while kneading, can I knead for a minute or two and then cook in the fridge for a minute to get the butter less melted and if so…would this result in a better/same/worse version of this recipe and why? Thank you for this information as u have made brioche a more digestible concept compared to some others.

    • @YeastMode
      @YeastMode  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi, as much as possible you have to continously knead the dough. yes it's a possibility that butter may ooze out depending on the surrounding temperature & to the temperature of the butter itself. Use butter that is very cold but softened so it gets integrated to the dough without reaching its melting point.

    Sorry but I’m a bit confused whenever someone use tablespoon or cup instead of grams. Because ur recipe stated 1 tablespoon of dry yeast = 9gm, but internationally, 9gm = 0.6 tablespoon???? I have found similar youtubers that able to bake brioche successfully but all their calculations is wrong/incorrect. For eg, June from Delish states 1 cup = 227gm, but fact is 1 cup is actually 250gm. I’m not sure i want to try ur recipe because if i use wrong measurements again, the knead will flop.

    • @YeastMode
      @YeastMode  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m using/following US standard tbsp which is 1tbsp=15ml & is equivalent to 9 grams of yeast as per the actual weight. To avoid confusion on the metric cups/spoons, you may follow the gram unit. It’s the purpose i am providing unit conversion coz every country measures cups / spoons differently.☺️
