Hlo mr cam i have a question for you. If you ran with football cleats on a turf, what would your time be or like grass with normal cleats? i wanaa know at your crazy speed, which is better than a lot of high level athlets. What is the difference in speed between turf and track.
No hate or anything I say when you get out of the blocks dont stand up instantly stay low and let your body naturally rise up itll help your time out and it helped me out
Hey what do you reccomend for a 400m runner to do during the off season training? I ask because you seem knowlegable and im trying to improve my time from 54.1 to maybe 51 if possible or lower.
lots of nuances, depends the phase of off season but early off season focus on strength a little more and just ramp up specificity each cycle of training. Id say it's for sure doable to get to that by next year if you work hard enough. Biggest bang for your buck will just be getting your MaxV up so time 30m flys and try and shave time off them each cycle.
