A very unique 2 story for Cape Coral, nice that builders are taking a chance giving some larger sq ft options. If I could nit pick one thing the builder did, I would've liked to see the front office kept as an "office" without the dual closets. Because one wall is the entry doors, the other your exterior windows, then 2 dual closets that doesn't leave much in the way of options for placing office items/cabinetry/furniture in a functional layout.
Sorry but it's just not my style. I'm afraid the black marble stairs might get slippery if wet. Also the glass banister doesn't have much of a place to hold on to. The only thing warm about this house is inside the closets. Just my opinion.
I love the home. I would change a few of the accent walls and change the glass railings out on the stairs. It's an amazing layout or floor plan and sedate enough to still decorate and paint the home into whatever you like individually. You are usually excellent with cost. No house price here. Would love to know. I will guess 1.6 million.
The staircase is a real danger for an aging couple with sharp edges and no rail to grab. There should have been added an elevator well instead of the useless shower in the common bathroom. Other than that, I love the house!
Homes that are newer and built to code are not bad, maybe 4k or less for homeowners and flood together but when you have older homes it can be 9-12k a year
Big mistake not having a 3 car unfortunately this house will not sell for more than 1.5 mil also the outdoor kitchen hood is way to small for that grill it will never keep up with the smoke
