The landscaping in front stinks

I ❤ everything about this house EXCEPT the refrigerator is in an AWFUL location.Its going to mark up the wall when you open the door and I don't know if you'll be able to open the sliding door inside the refrigerator because the door is so close to the wall. I also don't like how DEEP the garage ISN'T

From direct experience, I will tell you this. One barking dog problem, and this house is worthless.

At that price point I would want more than 40 feet of sea wall. Seems like the owner is left trying to wedge in a dock and boat lift.

There could be a little more light in the kitchen. I would have put another window where the counter top is (with wine fridge under).

Just viewed this house again. Probably the best house I’ve seen on the canal with solar, great pool and dock. Sw Cape👍

Great walkthrough as usual. May I ask what sort of grip you are using on your phone camera, I suffer from tremors so would be useful for me. I love the drain in this car wash shower because it's not under foot. Most of the properties you show have the drains exactly where you stand under the shower which is a pet hate and not that hygienic. Guessing the external bar top would make it tricky to fit a bird cage. I can never tell from your videos if the windows above the outdoor kitchen (where fitted, not in this house) contain glass or are open to air. I'm guessing they are glassed in otherwise bugs could avoid the bird cage and enter the home. Other pet hate is bathtubs that don't have anywhere to put soap etc (or wine for those inclined). Also intrigued if water pressure drops off if using both showers in a car wash style simultaneously? cheers Al

Trees 🌳 look gd. Flordia is on my list. Tax friendly states good for retirement. How is the insurance in this location? Seen premiums double in parts of Florida.

Seems really expensive, cold and impractical. Doesn’t fit the neighborhood. Terrible garage layout. I’m glad it has gutters many of the flat roofs homes stain a lot, look worn and need constant cosmetic upkeep. The study was small. If I was a single guy or my wife was barren it could work. Reminds me of the Clark Griswold’s neighbors house from Christmas Vacation. “Why is everything wet! I don’t know Margooooo”

Wow, nice! The house is surprisingly affordable considering all the bells and whistles... Speaking of which, one thing that you may have overlooked is jackshaft garage door openers that make the entire ceiling look very clean. These retail for $600 apiece

I like this house. Would prefer a wood plank tile to go with the nice doors and trim. Nice outside pool and cage. I also prefer the south west Cape. But a nice house overall.

Love the driveway, love the floors, love the mantle with fire place, love the island. I wish the dark wood was lighter and softer. Love the layout, great main bedroom, like the main wood cabinets, like the tub and mirror, wish the tile had darker and lighter browns instead of black and white. Great closets, love how every handle hangers door knobs hinges are stainless or nickel. Do you ever see white framed windows and sliders?? Great pool, nice garage, need to tighten up the garage doors seals at the bottom. Nice jr suite bedroom and bath. Nice 3rd bed set up. Great outside needs exhaust like you said. Looks like a very small dock area and too far to open water. Overall, a very nice house.

Bridge with 8' clearance is a deal breaker, keep in mind that a six foot man standing on a bucket is almost eight feet. For a submarine it would be nice though.😂. Nice job Mr. Stoke, as usual.

Like the home - Perfer chef's Kitchen with double oven and gas range. Pool area would have been nice to have a 1/2 bath. I also prefer a home closer top open water maybe 30 minutes and no bridges? Don't want much right? 😃

It’s a VERY long travel as well as a fixed bridge to deep water. Def a diamond in the rough…. Over priced and out of place for a water front property….

Hey Steve, thanks for the honorable mention for the rain fall shower head. I like the mature landscaping screens at the front door and in the garage. Great dock with golf access and a nice tiki hut. Don’t love the slightly shiny floors and some of the tile work is busy with different patterns. But overall a nice house thanks for sharing.

Oh Steve here we go again. What a beauty...LOVE this home inside and out. Sooo much more than what I need but exactly what I like. Don't care for the oak but yes it definitely softens the ultra modern esthetic. WoW that bathroom with the black tub, water closet with window...closets all yes! Price Ugg now how do I move forward/away from this. Gonna have to quit you Steve 😂
