    Madam,please use the hand gloves,so that,the pickle must be safe from any infection and also your hand will be safe from the masala...👍👍👍

    A heavy weight should be kept on the raw mango pieces after adding salt to extract the the water from the mango pieces your method of making will not keep the pickle for long and will turn soft.

      Thank you for your comments. Try putting sesame seeds oil. It will not turn out soft.
      Using our method, we are using from past one year, it has not become soft yet.
