I've never watched any other of your videos but man I couldn't stop smiling seeing this. Awesome build, nothing but props to you sir! I know what's it's like to have a vision and to see it finally finished is worth all the sweat time and money. No words can describe what a car guy feels like to have accomplished their build.
Always came to you when I had my celica for help, so cool to see this build flesh out. Miss my celica but ill be mkaing a gt4 too sometime down the road :)
Is that V6 from Camry? Anyway, it's a sick, *clean* build, with no excessive camber angle, tacky aero kits or funky lights. A wolf in sheep's clothing.
I have a 1996 25th anniversary that I want to build but I'm going to welding school was trying to find a 3sgte to swap into it and was thinking of doing a awd conv
Sweet build, a bit different than your other videos and I like it! Especially after only seeing some of the recent progress, it is nice to appreciate it.
Wow this build is amazing , looking into making something like this on my celiac I want to pass on to my son 😍 how much did you spend from ground zero ?
Hey Man I just got one of these and I absolutely love it! I plan to do a build similar to yours and would love to know your specs on your wheel fitment. If you don’t mind me asking, what sizer wheel/tire combo were you using on the stock suspension?
I remember the footage of me getting surprised with that engine years back and you saying you’d record more as time went on and the project was completed lmfao
Sweet car when are you going to take it to the racetrack I want to know if the 3mz supercharger will run a better quarter mile than my old 1mz supercharger Celica
Any reason for putting a V6 in the Celica rather than one of Toyota's straight 6's? I mean I wouldn't for a minute assume the engine bay has room for that, thus the V6, but I have to wonder. I know looking at my 01' GT-S engine bay then my 88' Supra it's a MASSIVE difference.
Stock transmission bolts right up to the V6. This swap requires very minor fabrication and I wanted to keep it legal to comply with California emissions. Engine bay is massive tho
@@2zzlow Oh my god, California...I'm so sorry lol. It looks amazing though. Never seen a 90's Celica in the wild or at shows, they are exceedingly rare.
@@rushnerdyeah putting a 2jz and converting it to rwd would be a lot of fabbing especially since these were awd at best from a transverse awd layout anyways too
@@2zzlow thanks, any other not to expensive thing you think can be done to it? Im planning on doing some engine work laaaater one but i wanna start with small things just trying to make it look good
The best Gen Celica hands down.. good job
Indeed!
Been following this build for a while now. Amazing to see how far it’s come, really is an inspiration.
Thanks fam! Build for sure has come a long way these past 3 years
6th gen Celica is peak Toyota design along with the MR2 SW20 and technically the GR86

Hats off to you for bring this awesome car back to life

Thanks fam for the support!
Looovve it. Reminds me of my 92 Manual ES300, except I always wished I had a GTS Celica. This is the best of both
My exact thought!
the supercharger sounds so nice on that gt4
I love the toyota celica gt-four st205s but this my friend is an amazing build! Cant wait to see more it!

It’s a Lexus e330 engine with a Camry supercharger so you are kind of right but it’s not a Camry specific v6
WOW! A true build and it actually works.
this is the best one you’ve done
didn’t realise you painted that shit yourself
Probably won't chip like the factory white paint 😂
@@mengx94 looks way better than factory paint 😅😅
I painted the engine bay and all the door sills. I paid someone to paint the outside of the car.
That was a pretty badass summary video. Can't believe how much work went into this car after watching this. Congrats brother!
Awesome! Thank you!
Jeez, did you redo the wiring harness yourself too? What a sick build man.

Amazing job on this man.
Much appreciated!
4,000! What a lucky find you guys got for that car

thank fam! Celica has definitely been through alot in just a short amount of time.
Wow!! Amazing build.
Well wrenched my dude 😎 👌🏻

Running Rays 57DR 17x9 +38 and I believe the tire is Nitto neogen 235 45 17. I’m lowered on BC coilovers
I remember the footage of me getting surprised with that engine years back and you saying you’d record more as time went on and the project was completed lmfao
that was street fighter music there for a bit.alpha 1 i think
Селіка прекрасна
I fuckin hear that Gran Turismo 2 menu music 😂🤣
Impressive!
Just wow.
Sweet car when are you going to take it to the racetrack I want to know if the 3mz supercharger will run a better quarter mile than my old 1mz supercharger Celica
Yea ive been wanting to take this to the dyno aswell and see how much it does.
I will build one just like this
Donde lo tienes amigo no le haz vendido algo
what video did you do for the wiring? im doing a 1mz swap myself and im almost there just need that wiring and mounts.
I had a friend do the wiring but I ended up using all the original GT mounts. There’s a few people that can do the wiring for you
@ thanks for getting back to me do you know anyone i could contact for the wiring problem, very its confusing
@ thanks for getting back to me do you know anyone i could contact for the wiring problem, very its confusing
The GT4 hood and bumper....it fits on the GT? or it needs a conversion kit/fab for that?
I want a celica so bad but idk anything on how to build it and idk where to start
I just buy one for project car , and I’m interested to know what engine do you use for it?🙏
Nice video i have a Celica but can't find no one that can do a engine swap
It’s an easy swap! Try it yourself I have a full step by step on how I did mine
@@2zzlow do you have the link?

How much was it to do the whole swap engine and all
wait wtf you got a gt4 for 4k?! Or is that just a GT with the kit. Still a great deal...
Nice 3 yr build
Sure is, thanks 🙏
hi, where can i get a front bumper for my 96 gt? thanks
Badass‼️🔥

What manifold and adapter plate did you use for the 2gr. I see it says trd but us that from a 1gr Tacoma or what?
It’s a 3mz
Cool build dude💪🏻 what brand of lowering kit did you use? I just got one of my uncle and im planning on doing somethings to it
Bc coilovers st204

Wheels and coilovers is always my first go to
What radiator and fans did you use?
You got a gt-4 for HOW MUCH?!?!
Love it
02:16 i know guiles theme amywhere
Gt four only $4k is insane
Its a GT, the states never got any awd versions of this generation of celica. But a v6 celica is always gonna be cool!
Where did you end up putting the battery?
I put the battery in the rear, check out my channel I made a “How to” video on that
nice ryu theme song
Thanks! trying to mix it up since I got a few complaints on the music choice on my last 10 min build video.

It’s a Celica gt but it has the gt4 grill and hood? Or am I tripping?
It’s a ST204 with a 05 Lexus ES330 V6 and a 97 Camry TRD supercharger
Is it not AWD?
1mz?
how much was the build total?
I lost count at 15k I didn’t want to keep track anymore lol 😂
where the FUCK did you find a working TRD blower?!
Lol junk yard for $65 😂 go watch my v6 Celica build playlist if you don’t believe me, I have the whole story documented
