Sallie, you're my hero! 🤗 I first found you last year when I was searching for videos on how to make framed wooden signs!! Actually ... I found your full channel and saw so many great videos to answer this question. So I think I'm set on that question, but any tips are helpful, because I feel like I have too many ideas and don't know where to focus (but that may be a me problem. ha)

I love my SG500 .The prints will be an exact copy of the image. The only thing is you need to clean the printer head before printing if you are not printing daily(not sure if its only for printer) . Changed cartridge twice for 570 copies ,each print cost almost a $1.definitely reasonable.Looking forward to your videos for more details.

Hi, my name is Julie. I am looking at buying either a Sawgrass SG500 or a Sawgrass SG1000. My budget would be much better if I went for the 500. My concern is the size only going up to 8.5 x 14. The 1000 will do 11x17 and a bypass tray goes up to 13x19. I think - not certain - but plan to focus on tee shirts. I watched your video of when you got the 500. Great videos. Considering I will be doing shirts mostly, do you think I would regret the smaller size printer or does it do good enough for that? thanks.

Hello! I'm trying to start a t-shirt business so your video was super helpful! I do have some questions though that I wondered if you'd have time to answer? And they may be stupid questions but I'm totally new here so bear with me.
1. You said the products must have a sublimation coating but you also said you can sublimate on stainless steel... Is there special stainless steel you should use or can any stainless steel take sublimation?
2. How do you know what you can use that isn't copyrighted? I know how to check copyrights on images but what about just words? Are those copyrighted as well? Ex: you see a t-shirt that says Glamping Queen - can you remake it using different fonts and not get in trouble?

Can you change the brand of sublimation ink in your printer to a different brand? If so, how do you do it? The reason I ask is I’m using a different brand than cosmos ink and I noticed how vibrant your stuff looks compared to what I’m producing.
