Tried it out today and turned out great. I didn't have coconut milk, so I made my own. I mixed heavy cream and milk and boiled 2-3 tablespoons of shredded coconut in it to give it flavor, then I strained it. Just using milk is not good since real coconut milk has around 24% fat content.
