@@CapnPink28 Go listen to Bruce Prichard do an impression of Macho, it's fucking incredible.
@@FDT222 Bruce does a pretty good Vince impression too lol
well he has the voice
God bless DDP for keeping this treasure alive. One of the greatest heels of all time who can still cut a promo better than 90% of active wrestlers today.
I literally just commented the same thing on another person thread lol thank you Diamond Dallas Page
He saved Scott Hall too
Jake does the best Randy Savage impersonation I've heard!
Never heard of Jay Lethal, huh?
Jay Lethal is great too, but I like his Ric Flair Impersonation better.
as good as Kane's was of Hogan
@@BreakingNVain W
@@orgonkothewildlyuntamed6301 LMFAO I saw that 💀
One of the best interviews ever! Loved his Savage impersonation! Classic!
Jake’s impersonating Macho Man was incredible! 🤣
This is my ABSOLUTE Favorite JRE to date. Spent my younger years very enthralled in wrestling !! Nothing like stories from a true survivor of the old days
what episode number please?
I'm so grateful I grew up during the prime WWF years.. Ultimate Warrior lunchbox, Macho Man pillow, losing my shit watching Undertaker casket matches. I feel bad for today's kids, until I remember they have wifi & internet
God, I remember those days when Flair and Hogan were in their prime. Andre, Brutus, Ultimate Warrior, and the god of intensity Roddy Piper.
We also have memes, ps4, virtual reality and weed is legal
Childhood without WiFi was the best
Well thank 60-70 year old baby boomers for creating a monopoly and ruining professional wrestling
And I used that to watch older matches as a kid
One of the greatest stories of all time.
The wrestlers from the 80s are F`ING ICONIC
3 words: LARGER THAN LIFE!
This has to be animated!
One of the greatest moments in wwf next to the Piper pineapple smash
The Good of the Land it is I believe on the network in the animated stories
Totally! 🤣👍
That was real I remember watching it live when it first happened
@@tarnezlyons2903 I think he was talking about he part when it was just Jake and Macho Man inside the locker room together before they had their match.
Jake the Snake is probably the best shoot interview guest ever. I fucking love his stories, like the one about Andre the Giant when he was driving him around. Epic!!
Jake the Snake was my favorite wrestler when I was a kid back in the 1980s. Love to see these backstories.
That was during Macho's cocaine days when he was paranoid of his own shadow lol
Cool story bro
I remember my first beer
@@joski9030 it's still in your hand
Dude he sounded like Macho Man! Lol!
Young Petey385 no shit
Bruh! 💯
Everyone loves a good Macho Man impression.
facts
He's impersonating him.That's the point.
Let me tell you something...Nobody, I mean nobody has ever made me feel like Macho could ever be duplicated, copied, or impersonated...Jake The Snake Roberts literally resurrected The Macho Man Randy savage with that Story. Holy shit, that Haunting, I love ever second of this. On my 5th watch.
Macho was a good man. Crazy, coked up, and a bit abusive, but intense and genuine. And he was good to kids.
Jay Lethal's Black Machismo is a spot on perfect imitation of Savage.
Randy “Macho Man” Savage is the master of the promo. He is the cream of the crop.
Nobody Does it Better!
@@libertynotdemocracy9142 nature boy son!
Macho Madness 100% brother
Gabriel Jasso: The cream always riiiissseess to the top. Man pulled out like 20 creamers. Wonder where he was hiding all those, curiosity is killing me just like a cat, killed by the curiosity.
@@c-townruckus7355 "l'm the greatest professional wrestler to ever live and I'm leaving right now, yeah!"
😂😂😂
I don't know if you seen him on the Arsenio Hall Show but he had me in tears(1989)
Macho man dies snakes the champ.
.
Me picturing the cobra with the Intercontinental Championship belt
😂😂
Odd thing was Bret Hart was the IC Champ then
BAHAHAAHHAHHAHAHHAAAHHAHA
Savage lost the IC Belt at WM3, four years before this
It sorta happened with Santino Marella...
That era of WWF was the best of all time.
Wrestling went to shit when Sting turned into the crow
Being born in 1979 it was magical
Man I watched that and attitude era. Can’t pick which was my favorite. Loved Jake and Ultimate warrior.
Brotherhood George ‘the animal” Steele, big John Studd and Ricky “the Dragon” steamboat. Rip Jimmy superfly Snuka.
The best!
@7:51 gotta love that coke sniff and the whew when he tastes the drain🤣
This was the greatest old school wwf story I've ever heard and his macho man impression was spot on!!
"The Snake actually committed suicide that night" Greatest teaser ever?!! How do we not get a follow up on that??? I'm pissed
Seriously how did no one ask him about that
Snake had an allergic reaction and died that night. Jake talked about it in his stand up routine.
@@timothyryan9441 was it allergic to Macho Madness?
Too much madnesses for the snake.
@@JakeLovesSteak he's talking about a python. Not the Cobra that bit macho man. Different snake.
Even defanged, I'd need a ton of cocaine to let a cobra bite down on my arm. I'm sure Macho Man was well prepared.
Macho Man 999.9 mg of cocaine a day.
@@UltimateEnd0 I see what you did there 👍👍👍
I would let it bite . But it would cost Vince a lot of money to let a snake bite me
At around 3:38 Jake the Snake goes into the best impersonation of Randy Macho Man Savage I've ever heard. I'm dying laughing at it and I continually rewind it to enjoy that segment over and over.
Jake Roberts can do a great Macho impersonation, holy shit that was a funny story!
He paintbrushed the cobra, SLAP SLAP.
god, my sides hurt lol.
LMAO that macho man "Don't playyyy your fucckkiinnngg ggaamess Jake!"
I remember watching it live on TV. This is an amazing story. RIP to Savage. These stories remind me of the years watching these warriors and it makes me smile.
That machoman impression - man... it was so legit, it made me sad that he's gone
Jake's Macho Man impression was both hilarious and spot-on.
Bro his macho man randy savage impersonation is perfect 😹😹
He was always my favourite wrestler as a kid... Only since watching this JRE session was I made aware that he was meant to be a "bad guy"...
Jake Roberts was something else
He came in as a bad guy, turned good in 1987, then turned bad again in 1991.
Everybody was scared as a kid. But this man.. I owe him my life! As a kid watching him and snakes I was fascinated.. N now as a grown ass man. I've dedicated my whole life to snakes animals and our beautiful planet. To Jake thank u.. It's so cool to watch to this..
Cool story.
@@justsomenerd8925 thank u!! :)
Livin the dream, baby boyyyy!
then you should care about the snake that was used as a prop who "committed suicide" aka died from stress. i know it was so long ago but joe laughing about that remark is offputting when he always talks about ethics but doesn't seem to think reptiles deserve any sort of ethical treatment when they are literally either a pet or captive for entertainment
"maaaaybe he has and maaaaybe he hasn't..."
I think i've seen this over 50 times.
No life, eh?
And it never gets old! 🤣
How amazing it is to see jake so happy. I know his health isn’t great tge now but he says he’s blessed and will
Keep on, this from a guy who for over 15 plus years wanted to die every day , I’m not sure much can ever come close to the absolute joy I see from him every time he’s on anything now , I hope he can fight his health problems and have a good few years left , his kids , his first wife who he’s back with now which is so great and his grand kids need him and let’s be honest I need him, you put anyone infront of jake and let him tell a story and just watch the person listening , they are transported right into the feeling of the story, he has a very very unique way . Love you man! ✊🏻
Amen! Ditto man. Love Jake the Snake.
God Bless DDP, everyone else gave up on Jake but Page never did an if it wasn't for him we would have lost Jake. Thank you Diamond Dallas Page for persevering this wrestling icon, without you we would of never heard these stories.
That man right there is a legend...period.
