Because it's freeriding a straight hill. Nothing wrong with it, it's all about what you do with the hill. But it seems like a lot of longboarding media nowadays is focused on super gnarly and technical descents that get a lot of clicks, rather than freeriding accessible hills like this which is what most riders are out doing.
i moved to the shore area in CT and we got some bomb@$$ hills down herer and Motion Boardshop YT has a lot of good inforrmation for old school skaters like myself, Very direct and clear, enjoyable content aimed at skaters that want to know data and information on niche skateboarding products. Thank you for catching me up to speed on longboard and freeride/downhill setups. CT Skaters are low-key hill-bombers with double kicktails and i've started to see a lot more longbaorders popping up around Yale.
Awesome riding Luis! Thanks for the review Nate. I just set my sacrifice up and this got me really stoked. The construction feels really solid and the concave/standing platform reminds me a lot of the Rayne Gmack if it was a little tighter and less steep.
