It's in the houston TX area. Reason why is because you have two options on how you can get your brisket. Lean or Moist. Was in Lisbon at a French bistro that had the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. Better than anything from Texas. They knew exactly how much sauce to add, and the right type of heat, and sweatness. The slaw was a kimchi napa valley slaw. Insane. These dude's spent a good time in the South and perfected it back home.
