To transfer the real estate held by AJL worth Rs. 2000 crore in the name of Young Indians where 76% share was held by Sonia and Pappu and therefore the ownership of these real estate property was in the personal names of Pappu and Sonia not in the name of Young Indians. In return they just paid a paltry sum of Rs. 50 Lakhs to AJL. That is the crux of the scam.
