very well said by Anand Ranganathan. about the judicial system, i think, the lower courts and even high courts should be working in the evening slot 6:30pm-1030pm for all civil cases. most of the cases get postponed to next date due to absence of either party and people can't take leave every time from work to attend court in the day time. if civil cases are held in the evening, then more people would attend in person and it would be easier for the case to proceed if both parties are present at same time and then maybe many cases can be resolved more quickly.

Atleast after 2024 the govt should restrict freebies based on the children a family is having otherwise we don't have salvation. By 2047 the pipulation should come down to 1 billion in Bharat.
Its not only about being cool as an apolitical. Its also because the people who are apolitical - their rights are still with them, they are at the top of food chain and they have no danger to their existence being apolitical.

The greedy government wants the private sector to overtake the land of the farmer and no minimum selling price guarantee given by the private sector. This was the reason farmers were protesting against these cooked bills

They should make sections in Supreme Court also for dealing with each kind of cases . Bail applications, pending trials, etc. and a independent judge should deal with them .

When a crime committed by the same criminal in question affects the whole family of his victim, then why stakes shouldn't be the same for him as well.
If somebody is thinking of committing a crime like murder or rape or whatnot, then he/she should be aware of the fact that his/her family's well being is also at stake.
Not only the social isolation, but financial and property damage may also take place.
It's closer to ideal justice than merely putting them in custody to get bailed out after a few days.

Major problen lies with most of Baabbuus n whole admin machinary whom / 59:28 who are to Execute policies of Govt are not capable of doing since they are fully aware that are not made responsible n accountable for obtaining results desired by Govt. about the judicial system, i think, the lower courts and even high courts should be working in the evening slot 6:30pm-1030pm for all civil cases.
most of the cases get postponed to next date due to absence of either party and people can't take leave every time from work to attend court in the day time.
if civil cases are held in the evening, then more people would attend in person and it would be easier for the case to proceed if both parties are present at same time and then maybe many cases can be resolved more quickly.
