She represents what people want in this country: sense, integrity, bravery and merit. (Not race or identity, or populism, which are vain distractions and feed the recent epidemic of narcissism.) If someone possesses and demonstrates those qualities in the foetid world of politics, their race is utterly irrelevant and they should be protected.

Britain will always be multicultural because of its imperial, colonial history. The question is how well do we accept and love one another as part of one patriotic country. Love involves telling the truth and being trustworthy. It needs to start in the home but seeing leaders demonstrate hard work, good character, family, unity and team work, etc we have a fighting chance. Everyone should be heard and encouraged to contribute positively to society. Do good get rewarded with good, break honourable laws get rewarded with consequences of poor actions or punishment.

Too sweeping to say integration is not working. Some ethnic minorities have been integrated into British society, even assimilated, others not so. Second and third generation Poles, some of who I have known personally, are a good example, as are the Irish, most Jews, Sikhs, Hindus etc. But not nearly all Muslims. They have chosen to live a self- segrated life, and short of legal compulsion, which would be morally wrong, there is not much that can be done about it.

I've watched over a quarter of an hour of this and Badenoch has now said repeatedly that she isn't afraid to tell it as it is. What I would like to hear is how she thinks it is and what SHE would do, apart from 'make things better' and 'tell it as it is'. I can't sit through another half hour of this, but if anyone who is watching this gets to that part where she actually tells us what she wants to do, please do let me know... would love to know her actual policy. She does seem interesting, but this interview is dragging somewhat.

So, start apprenticeships, traineeships, paid internships.
Remind businesses that the cut to immigration is not aimed at skilled workers, but on unskilled workers and extended family immigration.

Articulate, intelligent, reasonably capable of holding onto a debating point, arrogant beyond words, sociopathic, privileged, rich and ignorant of real issues and lacking in empathy or compassion, she is the epitome of Tory values and policies. Kemi is a wonderful lady, she is a daughter of people that emigrated to the country that they decided was the best choice for a better life.
My wife is of second generation carribean heritage, and very patriotic, i am Irish/English and a patriot, ex soldier. I have no problem with people emigrating to my country, but it's the values and intent that they bring along with them and then, the lies and two tiered approach that we are now getting from our so called leader, it's unbelievable what is happening now, things desperately need to change. This lady may very well be that person to stop the stench of rot from our centre of leadership.
