The Conservative Party fractured within due to the political pressure of the Brexit referendum and the economic pressures of Covid and the war in Ukraine. These fault lines caused the unprecedented downfall of no less than five Prime Ministers. Kemi Badenoch will bring the Conservative Party back to the serious business of its core values.
Only 32% wanted proportional representation when the Liberal Democrats forced a Conservative coalition to call a referendum. Without proportional representation Reform will not be able to form a government. It is possible that Nigel Farage will quit Reform eventually, as he did the Brexit Party, and leave it to wither away.
When Labour’s Gang of Four formed the SDP they said they were going to break the mould of British politics. It fizzled out and the Liberals swallowed them up, simply by changing their own name to Liberal Democrats.
There is more to governing the country than one dimensional politics. Kemi has the vision, energy and conviction to renew the Conservative Party. Her determination and the approach she is taking will restore it to the party that the nation needs.

Because of that there was no public voice at Parliament which made people so angry that they did things that they otherwise would not have done (a UK version of the US Jan 6th).
