I started a low carb diet (keto) and I’ve lost so much weight in the past 2 months. I’m a medical professional in the UK. I think when it comes to weight loss, there is no one solution. Nowadays due to our sedentary lifestyle, we are becoming more insulin resistant in which case, a low carb with moderate protein and high fat diet combined with intermittent fasting. But those with high cholesterol and previous heat problems should seek medical advice prior to starting why diet. Intermittent fasting is nothing new, in all languages, we do fasting on holy days, this was a way of getting us to cleanse our body and keep our weights under control. Every advise we are given by our religions have a practical and scientific reason behind it all. Anyway, the main problem is when you combine carb, which increases insulin, and fat. This will make fat enter the cells and cause storage and weight gain. I am happy I discovered your channel and we don’t see many of our people into such lifestyles. I’m hoping you would do some tamil recipes for keto lifestyle as well. Our culture is carb dominant (rice, chappathi etc). I have a few recipes for rice and chappathi substitute which I’ve been doing with great results but always hunting for more. This is LCHF, not paleo. Internationally paleo excludes dairy, but includes honey, high-carb vegetables and like most tubers and high-sugar fruits. LCHF includes high-fat dairy, but excludes honey, high-carb vegetables and high-sugar fruits. But many paleo groups in India advocate the same foods as LCHF. So, it must be okay. Since present eating patterns made you gain weight, you want to try keto to lose weight. So logically, if you go back to present eating pattern again, you will again gain weight.

So how to find that there are damage in arteries before getting blocked , any early symptoms. Please put an video on this because this will help many people from doing angio and moving their whole life along with lots of tablets. And will also help me tooo

Plz help me I have ? about constipation under LCHF died.
Please increase fat intake and reduce fibre intake for about 10-15 days and see if the constipation goes.
