For me, The episodes with Count Dooku is easily the biggest highlight of the show.

You should really watch the Clone Wars to get a better understanding of Ahsoka. The show was where she was introduced and is by far the most content with her in it. It’s also just a really good show.
She is arguably the de facto protagonist of that entire show.

Have you seen The Clone Wars? The episode where Anakin has her being stunned over and over as part of her training was instrumental in saving her life during Order 66. Just makes it all the more so tragic that the same person who cared so much for her, and indirectly saved her life, fell to such darkness becoming Vader
Fun fact: Ahsoka’s species are called Togruta, and their head tails are hollow and can be used for echolocation.
And, they don’t have 👂🏻 like twilek, except males with elf 👂🏻.
And oh how I wish they would acknowledge that fact because it is so dope and useful. It could even be a contributing factor for why Shaak Ti was so adept in her telekinesis in Legends being able to control things without line of sight or gestures to the point even someone as adept as Plo Koon praised her skills. It is also pointed out how her echolocation made her super effective in group battles as she was better able understand the complexity of the movements of those around her. Unfortunately Disney probably did away with most of her feats and gave her a lame death just getting a surprise backstab from Anakin rather than the formerly canon Star Wars: The Force Unleashed version of things which is way better. In any case I wish they would address and even make it a focal point in Ahsoka's combat every now and then that she has echolocation. It definitely was a very interesting missed opportunity in TCW. They could have incorporated that into her ToTJ episode where she was training to defend against the clones from all direction as further explanation for why she is so effective at it.

My only critique or rather suggestion would be that in the first episode it would have been cool to see Master Plo Koon come to their village to get Ashoka and take her back to the Jedi temple for her training

They are probably the best Star Wars content currently out there right now besides The Mandalorian. I really enjoyed these short episodes and I really enjoyed Ahsoka's backstory on where she's from and also Dooku's story arc on how he was a jedi and how he turned to the Dark Side.
Any plans to watch Andor I feel like you would really love that show as well best to watch them in three episode segments since the entire show is out now

This is your introduction to the excellence of the clone wars
Dooku was definitely the highlight of the show, giving him so much character and development as to why he sided with Sidious. He wasn't wrong too, the Jedi were pompous fools that allowed themselves to be blinded by what was in front of them and is why they fell. It was nice seeing Sidious walking right into the shadows in the beginning and Yaddle to the left to show their paths, and towards the end Yaddle was trying to shine some light and hope to Dooku before the darkness consumed him.

I don’t think 💭 that’s going to happen, when Disney only gets PG-13 or TV-14 on Disney +.
I think the closest we ever got to that was Revenge of the Sith, like there is no blood on that movie but it is violent as heck for a Star Wars movie, Dooko losing his hand and head, Obi Wan exploding Greivous heart and then Anakin turning into barbecue.

We’ve gotten so much Ahsoka, her episodes are bit underwhelming, but still good. Her third one especially if you’ve read the Ahsoka novel, which is basically the same story but longer and with some differences.
The Dooku ones are great!

Ki Aid Mundi was the same way, in Legends - his people had a population shortage, so he had to marry three wives. He kept a general emotional distance, from them.

In Filoni we trust. You're lucky. You get to watch The Clone Wars and Rebels which were also Filoni stories and some of the best Star Wars content out there.
To be honest I liked Jedi masters PLO Koon, and Qui Gon Jinn, at least they showed more sympathy towards others, and weren’t just sticklers for the rules like Mace Windu was. I think that those 2 embodied what the Jedi should’ve been.

You should definitely watch TCW/Rebels for more context on things. Editing the first 2 seasons down like this reaction & binging them in a few sittings might be an easier way of getting past that slow point of the series (they were developed at the same time) because Season’s 3 - 7 is where the show really shines like Tales does. The same with Rebels but it’s the first Season.
If you you enjoyed this and haven't watch the clone wars show you should give it a shot maybe not for reactions as there a lot of episodes. But either way they definitely Worth watching

Anakin's descent into darkness was well portrayed.
Because some Jedi never completely loved him, didn't respect him, didn't trust him, didn't take him seriously and even despised him.
As a child before Obi-Wan started teaching him, he was hated and psychologically bullied by other children "Anakin is a slave to his feelings" and that was only because of envy because he was much more gifted and skilled than them.
That's why he was closer to darkness until the Clone Troopers, and in Palpatine he saw a father figure who supports him.
How it will Qui-gon Jinn if he will be alive and raised him like obiwan.
In the animated film and the series The Clone Wars and Rebels, they fight in various ways. But when you prefer the played form.
Well, at least I suggest that you watch the Chosen One, Kenobi, 501st |Our Duty videos from the TH-cam channel "Hero Fans Productions" and the Maul Hatred from the "Darth Porg" channel.
And many other things and sufferings he and his padawan, Ashoka Tano, the Jedi like to cause.
Yoda during the Clone Wars, he met the spirit of Darth Bane in Sitt's tomb, which is created by the rule of two.
And later in his visions he saw Anakin becoming Darth Vader and didn't do anything about it because I thought it wasn't worth it.
Anakin was a slave all his life - Tatuine, Jedi, Love, Dark Side.
He became a father figure to Qui-gon Jinn, during his stay in the temple he was psychologically bullied and called by others "Anakin slaves to his own feelings", he lost his mother, the Jedi never married him all the time and without proper evidence he accused Ashoka and caused her to leave and finally he was afraid of losing Padmé.
The only and worst support given the events was Palpatine who was a fatherly substitute for Anakin from the beginning.
When he used Mace Windu's hand and after killing the Jedi he was already in the dark as the dark side itself showed him to the planet Mortis The One Son.
On Mustafar, Padme almost got him from the dark side, but Obi-Wan discovered him and screwed it up.
Anakin "Vader" built his castle on Mustafar and thanks to the two sbosobs he tried to revive Padmé but he could not see it due to the fact that Luke and Leya were already born, they were the only ones preventing it with their existence.
Too bad he didn't find "Word between Wolrds" on the planet Lothal. He would create an alternate Reality or go through all of history. ;)

I didn't expect you to be watching these, but it is nice that you did, this is a great show and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has brought up "The Clone Wars" animated show where Ahsoka made her debut. That's also a nice show if you don't mind the tone of the early seasons. Which reminds me to comment your awareness of the events, despite not knowing the full context in which everything that happens, you nailed the timeline
And about your joke regarding Yoda + Yaddle = Grogu.
No one will hate you if you actually believed that, people have been speculating so all these years lol.
I don't personally think Dooku is evil as much as he is an idealist (at least, not as first), he was looking out for the worlds that were abandoned by The Republic which led to the Separatist Alliance (which in part also ended up being part of the Rebel Alliance), only to become "actually" evil in the end, and same can be said about Anakin whom despite having more radical ideas, ended up commiting his attrocities because of love (before he TOO became "actually" evil).
Yaddle appears in the council in EPI, never to be seeing afterwards.

While I didn't think I would 'dislike' this show... I didn't think they would be so good and so important to see these little story arcs. I'd love to see this with other characters. prequels, sequels and originals. So many great characters to play with.... even little Darth Vader moments between 4 and 5... damn... loved those Dooku arcs that show "why" he did what he did.
A couple of things- Dooku telling Qui Gon "You're a far wiser man than I am" is repeated by Qui Gon to Obi Wan in episode 1 and from Obi Wan to Anakin in episode 3.
A nice bit of contunity-.
Raksus Secundus- is the planet from the third episode, where Dooku tells the prisoner not to lose heart, will become the capital of the Separatist Alliance during the Clone Wars.
Lastly, Ahsoka calls herself "Ashla" in the final episode. Ashla is the ancient word for the light side of the Force.
Tales of the Jedi was absolutely incredible! We get more information about two completely different yet truly fascinating Jedi in Ashoka and Dooku. Great to see Qui Gon Jinn again and it was so heartbreaking to see how he was being mocked by several of the Jedi for believing that the sith had returned. Yaddle was a great character that I fell in love with despite the fact that you only see her for a couple of minutes. You know that things are bad when this short series that you can watch in like an hour and a half is 100 times better than the sequel trilogy!

Ahsoka's actions are a perfect example/reinforcement of a statement made in Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Actually in rare cases Jedi are allowed to marry. For instance Ki Adi Mundi (the big headed dude on the Council) was allowed to marry because his species had such a long gestation period

Fun fact. When Ashoka beat that Inquisitor with his own Lightsaber... She took his red crystal and purified them and that's where she got the crystals that she used to make her white lightsabers you see later in her life.
That inquisitor is after order 66 its a compressed event based on the book Ahsoka
Hi! First things first. For clarifications & additional points of view especially for other commenters reading. My purpose is to also share my knowledge as I’ve done most of the research regarding Star Wars.
1) Count Dooku is leader of the Separatist aka (CIA - Confederacy of Independent Systems)
2) The Clone Wars only lasted for 3 years.
3) Clone Troopers & Stormtroopers are 2 different things. That’s like judging a book by it’s cover. How? Because they’re white & have similar armor. That’s like saying anyone who’re wearing glasses are nerds. Yes, but Clones are Clones. Stormtroopers are enlisted civilians exactly like in our world where we all have different physique. However, there are still small pockets of clones left under Lord Vader who’re considered Stormtroopers.
Clone production were absolutely decommissioned due to them being expensive. Instead of cloning, the Empire goes for our usual recruiting of civilians just like in our world because it deducts half the cost - “cheaper”. This is where the meme stormtrooper aim comes from but Clones are far superior because they’re trained from birth. Age acceleration is how it’s done to get quick adult Clones. The Clones’ age vary. Yes, most Clones in combat are 10 years old but more matured, trained & age fast.
Clone Wars:
The Republic vs the Separatist Alliance aka (CIA - Confederacy of Independent Systems)
Clones vs The Droid army
Galactic Civil War:
The Empire vs The Rebellion
People (Empire) vs People (Rebels)
4) Inquisitors are equivalent to that of a Padawan. They hunt for what’s left of the Jedi & didn’t fight them in the any war. The Inquisitors were established after the Empire was formed not during the Clone Wars. Ahsoka had years of experience which is how that Inquisitor died easily. Therefore, Ahsoka is a war veteran who had fought probably a +100 battles on different planets vs somebody who hasn’t fought an actual Jedi & has less experience in dealing with them.
She had fought tough villains such as Ventress, Grevious, Maul, etc. Not to mention, saved many younglings if you guys recall those episodes mostly by her own.
She learned from Rex if you guys recall that too. “In my book, experience outranks everything.” - Cpt. Rex
Lastly, how he knew her name is because they studied the Jedi by going through the archives that the Empire still retains. Essentially, data records, journals, etc.
SPOILER WARNING:
The last episode of the Clone Wars in the Season finale where she dropped her lightsaber was to make sure that everyone will think that she had died in the crash of the ship. Her saber is just for proof to convince.
Love this series! Not sure if you watch the Clone Wars series, but it fixes all the plot holes in the Prequel trilogy. This one did a great job as well. Regardless, hope you like it! 🙏🏽

When Dooku wishes Qui Gon was still with them in AOTC, because of this show, I really believe he was genuine. If he survived that duel with Maul, he would've brought Dooku back to the light.

You really need to react to "The Clone Wars" and "Rebels" animated series. The first one covers the time span after the end of "Attack of the Clones" and finishes at the end of "Revenge of the Sith". As for "Rebels", that spans the mid point between "Revenge of the Sith" and goes you "A New Hope" and beyond.
Like with Tales, the other series adds depth, detail, and character development that adds to the richness of the lore, and makes the original trilogy something much more special.
He didn't know it at the time, but Anakin was training her for here for her most difficult opponent; himself.

There is theories that Yoda and Yaddle are the parents of Grogu.
I instead have the theory that Grogu and Anakin was born very close to each other. Palpatine and Darth Plageius manipulated the midi-chlorians to create Anakin, a product of the dark side of the Force. So the light side responded and created Grogu. That is my own theory.
The thing with Jedi are that they are not to form attachment. You can marry, you can get children. But you can not form attachments to them.
For me, the best way to explain the jedi code is this.
You need to be able to do the right thing for the galaxy. If the best thing is to sacrifice yourself, you sacrifice yourself. If the best thing is to let 5 people die so you can save 200 people, you are supposed to let 5 people die. Even if they are your own family. That's why attachments is so dangerous. You will be ready to do anything to save the one you have attachment to. Just watch what Anakin was willing to do to save Padmé.
Jedi Master Ki-adi Mundi(conehead) is of a race that has issues with birth rates. Only 10% of the population are male. So each male has a couple of wifes and tries to get as many children as possible just to get 1 male to secure the future of the spieces. Normal is to have 5-11 wifes. Ki-Adi Mundi in legends had 3 wifes and 9 children. All girls. But he only spent about 3 months with the children before he stoped spending time with the children. Just to keep himself from getting attachment.

I'm sure you're getting lots of comments about watching the clone wars but we just can't stress it enough. The series finale is some of the best start wars on par with the end of the mandalorian season 2. Even if you don't react to it, it's a must watch

Dooku fall to the dark side was because the corruption senate and thr jedi order were no longer keepers of peace but dogs of senate. All of that was pre Palpatine as chancellor. Anakin and Dooku fall are very similar because of there distrust of the jedi high council.
