You're a lifesaver man. My phone froze up on the lock screen and I had a notification that wouldn't clear so nothing was working. This hard restart fixed the problem thanks for the help.

Thanks a lot brother. I accidentally pressed the “Home” application and it was stuck on “Allow ‘Home’ to send you critical notifications” and wouldn’t let me pressed Allow or Don’t Allow. Was very frustrating

I woke up to a black screen and thought it had bricked. Thankfully, it rebooted after doing this. I thought it might have also over heated because it felt a little warm but I never had a temperature warning.
