      Alot of people use Apple's Mainstage. Its only 30 bucks and its pretty good.

    The sound only comes from the laptop when using a midi cable to play patc hes how do I make it come from the piano itself?

    • @NathanBui-hz1mz
      @NathanBui-hz1mz 20 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Depends on the DAW, but usually you can route hardware sounds into a different channel within the DAW. Mainstage, for example lets you create a channel for a 3rd party software and another one for the hardware keyboard. You do have to do some routing shenigans, but its pretty cool.

    Wouldn’t there be a delay if you play sounds from your laptop?

    • @NathanBui-hz1mz
      @NathanBui-hz1mz 20 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Yea, there is some latency. Most people get around this by using an audio interface. It improves the sound quality and reduces delay.
