Brendan, would you consider a review of the brand new Craft Pro Endur Distance (road shoe with a Pebax type midsole) or the Craft CTM Ultra 2? I am Thinking about getting the CTM Ultra 2 because I often run on pavement and light trail/grass during the same run and so I wanted something with a little more traction than a road shoe without it being a dedicated trail running shoe.
I had the idea that I could go out running without socks and it would be fine because my feet generally stay healthy and don’t have a lot of odor. But I was wrong because although my feet are ok, my running shoes are smelling bad. Does anyone know the best way to make this odor in the shoes dissipate? I’m wearing socks every time now.
Hey Iakona! I sometimes use Dr. Scholls Odour spray to get rid of the really terrible smells in some of my shoes :-) there may be a different option other people know of though! Thanks for tuning in!
You ever try Injinji toe running socks. All the benefits you get from not wearing socks like better circulation, better balance by splaying your toes out, better feel of things, toes don't start overlapping or blister, less sweat in toe area. Plus they feel like you have more space in the toebox. Their also good for people who suffer from Bunions, Mortons Neuroma and Hammer Toe issues. They even come in marino wool. They might take a few extra minutes to put on ( their's a technique) especially new ones, but it gets easier the more you put them on.
