As a young sole don’t trip up and you’ll be a shoe in for real estate, just take it step by step, pick yourself up by your bootlaces, and walk the walk.
Come from parents that worked paycheck to paycheck for many many years, I’m studying for real estate not for me but for them, I want them to have everything they ever dreamed of.☺️
Happy for you. My daughter is interested too. Shes 16. Im going to school right now for reality, to get a head start for her. She wanted me to take the class.
Im studying for my CA exam and I found your vid on how to pass the test. After 3 weeks off agonizing over the material, I actually started just studying the questions and taking the open book tests like you mentioned in the vid. Any more tips on passing the test would be great! Or what to look for in a brokerage. I know proper training is a must!
The key thing that he said. It can be stressful. There are a lot of things that are out of your control. If you can't control it don't stress. And even the things you may think you can control. Don't stress. Have fun. It's a journey. Go get it!!!

I started a few weeks ago. Real estate has always been on my Bucket List and a long term goal. I am in CT if anyone is wiling to network hit me up.Good Luck to us all.
I dropped out of college last year to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent and it worked. It’s really worth it and I have no regrets. Been an amazing journey but it’s not as easy as I thought anyways
I subscribed $1000 for the questions and answers and paid $500. Then completed my payment to her after my result. I only studied the questions and answers she provided me for few days, and was shocked to see the same questions she provided me on the day of my exam.
I just woke up from a dream. And this was it completely. I checked websites. Is there a possibility that my license can be good for more than one state?
Hey Charlie so I'm wanting to become a successful realtor and want to learn from the best, but like j said I'm just starting and want to build a legacy fir my wife and children. Where do I start?
Amazing material. Sweet and to the point without beating around the bush at all. Working on my licenses myself. Hope to someday meet and do some business together/get some more tips! I appreciate the wisdom you shared with us!
if getting clients is the hardest part, this is going to be pretty easy for me considering I've been real estate wholesaling for 2 years now and that is literally marketing at it's finest. Really excited to get started. Thanks so much for these videos man, really helpfully and motivating.
I admire so much in the last 24 hours I have been watching your videos from day one you are such a blessing you have given me hope. Amazon FBA and real estate are the two main things I would love to learn and you explained alit if things to think about. I still watching your videos. Thank you for doing this for free for people like me. May God bring you much success in your life time.
If I choose to do the online course will there be like a certain timeline to finish all my courses by? Or do you just pay and kinda go on your own pace and don’t have to worry about time.
I loved this video! I have Been selling cars for 5 years now and have always wanted thought of selling houses one day. Thanks to this video I’m going to join express and maybe work with you one day! I love ur style and I think I can put all my entrepreneur skills and become an agent one day.
I'm 14 and thinking to got a job at 18 and work for a real estate company and work for 2 - 3 years and then work alosn. The reason I'm thinking to work for a company because I can get some money and experience. What ddo you think about my idea?
Just came across your video at just the right time. I have been working as a sales rep for a distribution company for 10 years. I love working in sales but I feel like I need a change. The idea of real estate has been on my mind. Thank you for your video, I didn't know where to start.
I'm looking to get into real estate in San diego! Your video was very useful and thank you for all of the tips! I just signed up with real estate express to start my courses now. Very excited!
This might be a ridiculous question, but I’m a regional truck driver, and home pretty much home every weekend. Can I get a real estate license as something on the side? Are courses online? And maybe switch over to it full time at some point?
Hi Charlie. I live in SoCal. I'm looking more to get my real estate license to handle real estate transactions for myself and family. Not so interested in doing for a career or side hustle. Would it be a waste of time or not worth it? What are your thoughts on this?
I bought the study section of this to study before I take the test, have you tried it? I completed my 3 classes in 2019, I shouldve taken the test ASAP 😭
This was very useful. Unfortunately, I'm located in SoCal and the real estate market has been constantly on fire, especially now during COVID. I guess I'll see where this goes.
Very well explained. This is the exact honest info I was looking for. Thank you for sharing! My wife and I have been talking about doing this for a couple of years. Thanks for the push! Subscribed!
news flash the test is hard, lots of information to know, and each state is different. In California the pass rate is about 44% (remember these are people who study) it takes an average of 2-3 times to pass. just a heads up, getting your license in 90 days is very rare and incredibly difficult.
I tried to study to become a New York real estate agent, and I found out that its syllabus was as hard as law school syllabus... But I feel that it is really worth it. I am now trying to get my real estate agent license in New York and Texas.
I'm thinking about getting my license but I have a lot of reservations. I don't have nice clothes or a rolex yet. I'm not great with people (always have disliked people) and I'm rather prone to being negative. I also get discouraged very easily. I need to make more money and I want to get into real estate but I just don't know if I can do it.
Thank you so very much for walking me through becoming a realtor in California. I would love to become a part of your brokerage. I am just going to purchase my online courses. I cannot wait to be able to receive your mentorship.
Just checked out the courses on your link. I live in kentucky and was amazed by the price difference in the basic course but I definitely will be purchasing! Awesome video keep up the good work!!
Unfortunately it was under $100 then. Now the cheapest you can find on real estate express is $252 with the “most popular” course being $440. Great times we are in
Thank you so much for all the tips. I’m in California and own a Auto body shop and I’m looking to get into real estate as a side hustle and investment. I saw in your video you told us to ask and you can give us some test questions so we can see what it’s like? thank you for all the videos
Hi Charlie! I work in IT and am finally in a position to where I earn enough to begin investing in real estate. Would you consider it to be a worthwhile investment to get licensed as a real estate agent to get access to MLS and to gain the knowledge from the exam to get a strong foundation before investing?
Hey Mark, I'm currently thinking of getting my real estate license with the hopes of getting more insight on investing in real estate. Did you end up getting your license and has it helped you?
I absolutely want to get into the Real Estate Business. But, at a different angle. I would like to speak with you about this and see if I could do it with your Brokerage or maybe you can suggest where to find out more info on this idea.
Hi Charlie, my name is Anthony and I came across your channel around March 2020 and since then you've been a huge inspiration to me and I've been able to relate to you in many aspects. I'm from Southern California, and plan on signing up using your link!. Hopefully will one day have the opportunity to be mentored by you and be part of your brokerage firm one day!
This was very helpful, short but well detailed with all the necessary informations I was looking for. You definitely answered all my questions, thank your very much.
So, i would like to get my license so that i can buy/sell houses for myself with my rental properties. I would also like to do BPO's. The problem is once you get your license you have to work with a broker for 2 years in Alabama. Is there anyway around that? I have a full time job and would prefer to do that while i do BPO's and buy and sell my own rentals.
Hi Charlie! Loved this video! I am currently studying for my exam and In just want other potential students to know that while the test itself and the studying materials are affordable they will also have to pay desk fees (not always) and insurance (around 2k) during their first year and it can be an unforeseen course for many!!! My mentor said she spends about 40k on marketing alone every month so just an insight into the costs of running a successful business. If you don't have any marketing experience it is a great advantage/need. I will dm you about those test prep questions and definitely look into your brokerage!
Thank you! I will say the biggest cost for having an active license are the realtor dues which are close to $1,000 a year. My brokerage doesn't have any desk fees or monthly fees, and insurance is free as well. We only take a small fee for each transaction and the realtor keeps 100% of the commission. So hanging your license on my team is as cheap as it can get!
Wow, uh.. $40k in marketing every month?! You're telling me that they spend almost half a million dollars ($480k) every year, correct? If that is the case, I can only imagine that they are earning millions every year, otherwise there really wouldn't be a justification for that kind of overhead for marketing. From what I have come to learn is that word of mouth is the best advertising and those that excel at being realtors use it to their advantage, avoiding ridiculous spending for advertising themselves.
Hi Charlie, I was interested in getting my real estate license so I clicked on the link you provided for the online course you took. But it was a little confusing because there were several 45 hour ones and I don’t know which ones to take. Can you specify? Thank you.
Hi Charlie. I really liked your video, it's super informative. I want to sign up to the program you mentioned Real Estate Express. However, it is over $350 for a full class. Did the prices change from the time you applied?
This was a great video. Thank you for sharing the info and insight. Quick question. The link for the online courses takes me to a page with a much different cost than what you mentioned. Any perspective on that?
I won't hit like button that easily. But this presentation made me do it even before I finish watching it till the end. Good information. Do you suggest any good mentor in Washington Seattle area to start my career as Real estate agent.
Hi I've been a mechanic for 17 years and had a bad car accident which left my back always in pain. Great with people . Love to research ... wondering if you think real estate would be a good job for someone like me ?
Thank you for the video!! I really wish I was in the US, I would have definitely tried your agency to start with ... the information were super helpful
When you buy the class on real estate express does it include all three course certificates? I’m playing to purchase the class just not sure if it includes all three. Great video 🙌🏼
Very inspiring Charlie. Thank you for the video and the recommendation. Just signed up with Real Estate Express, the link you provided. Begin my studies soon. Like to talk to you more about joining your brokerage firm when I pass my exam. :-)

Hi Charlie, I found your video very informative. Interested in getting started in Real Estate. I am in So Cal :)
So if its such a flexible job, I could become a real estate agent while working my main 9-5 job as a mechanic?👀

You can still buy and sell for yourself those 2 years - you just need to hang your license with a broker!
