Getting your boat positioned for a snapper drift

Another quick snapper tip...
How to position your boat when rocking up to a patch of reef.
1. don't drive over the reef
2. check the direction of the current/drift
3. Find the pressure edge
4. start your drift about 30-50m away from the reef so that you come up to it... Chances are the bigger fish are right on the edge or the flats.
