      I owned one, couldn't stand the HOA rules and fines, and the NOISE was intolerable!! NEVER again, it's not for everyone!

    Townhomes also have more interior space than stand alone homes.

    Wow. Yours was up there. We have the same builder. I feel fortunate to get under 300K. Mine was an inventory home but new. I am pleased so far with my place. I barely see neighbors and love that. Hated that in an apartment. I enjoy my privacy.

      Nice, that's not bad at all. Yea, the alleyway we share can be a little close sometimes but agreed, way better than an apartment. Congrats on the new place!

      I can make you both feel like financial geniuses…my CB Jeni 2 bedroom townhome will be complete in May for $469,000!!!

    Wow I thought the TH we are about to build was big at almost 1800 sq feet!

    Why don't you do a tour of your townhome. Townhomes are very different from state to state.

    2nd townhome and regret it all over again. You dont get to preview your neighbors in a new build community. Cant wait to leave. Do not recommend

      @@houstonraver834 shared walls are a bitch!! I sold mine for that reason, that and all the ridiculous rules and fines form the HOA!
