I loved this video! I am also in the military (Army) and am studying for the promotion board and the Soldier of the Month Board. One thing I would say is that you don't get paid less on the outside with certain jobs. I am a medical MOS and you can get paid way more money on the outside and reimbursed for the overtime that you do for overworking. I will say in the military, no matter how overworked you get, command tends to overlook all of that and say, "Well you signed the contract and its what you signed up for" and that is the reason why mostly everyone is leaving the military. I've seen this so many times with my friends getting out and actually making more money on the outside so good for them. The Army isn't for everyone but these videos motivate me a lot!
I have been watching your videos for a while and I boarded today for Soldier of the Quarter. Through watching your videos and studying very hard I won first place. Thank you so much 1SG!
