A blood test (sugar, insulin, etc.) before and after this challenge would have been very interesting. Perhaps, you could integrate that in your next (diet) video.
you’d probably need a glucose curve (or an all day glucose test) to tell you anything because those blood sugars and insulin level fluctuate based on time of day, sleep, and a multitude of other factors.
Unfortunately, he's practically only putting in the work for TH-cam. I know some TH-cam's who are full-time STEM students, have a strict exercise regimen, and STILL find time to even do recording and video editing. Being a physics student myself, I find that absolutely disgusting. Hats off to all.
@@___xyz___ I don't think any of those youtubers are doing 1000 ab reps or dedicating an entire schedule to a video. You missed the point smarty pants.
In my experience, eating extreme numbers of meals per day has had the most dramatic effect on my physique by far- more so than any type of exercise. At one point I jumped up from about 2500 to about 5000 calories a day divided up into 6 to 8 meals a day, no change whatsoever to my physical activity level, and after 3 months people started asking what kind of PED’s I was taking. When I told them it was just more food, they couldn’t believe it.
Would be interesting to see you compare this challenge with watching exactly the same food in the same amount, but in one meal a day. So like 2800 cals in one meal per day rather than split up
Many, many, many years ago I was way under weight and by "way" I mean about 30 to 40 lbs under. I decided to do something about it so I worked on eating enough etc and not being a very big guy it was a struggle. Ended up putting on 30lbs or so but don't remember how long it took. I give this background info on myself because watching you eat 12 times a day brought back those memories and it was kind of hard to watch. Glad the end result was positive.
Instead of doing 12 of the same meal each day, you should do 4 breakfast meals, 4 lunch meals and 4 dinner meals, that way you have variety of foodsthrough each day
the problem that I see here for these meals is the lack of a sauce or gravy to help with digestion and taste for all that dry food. those pasta meals could have definitely benefited from a sauce. it ca get really boring and annoying to have a food constantly with the same taste every single hour. but that meal with pineapple was great. the sweetness gives it a fresh taste.
i dont understand how he can eat cold rice like is nothing then doesnt like cold beef, cold beef is fine but cold rice becomes crunchy at least in my experience
If you just increase protein intake and mainly focus on that, he would just need to work the arms more and the protein synthesis will do it’s chores. But, HIGH protein synthesis should be the next experiment.
Do a week of water fasting... keep up your potassium, salt, and electrolytes. I do a 23 hour fast. The longest fast I have done was 3 days. To me it was weird... that I wasn't eating, but I felt so great! Would love to see you do this!
Dang, amazing results. Couples well with the ab challenge you did recently, haha. Also it's interesting how easy it is to grow the biceps and shoulders compared to other parts of the body.
A trick you might want to use to make chicken breast tasty is based on the following seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Enjoying your content
And the gnocchi stuff is pronounced neo-key and it’s potato turned into a dough like substance to form a noodle like texture Also double your regular calorie intake for 7 days which is about 2800-3000 from observation and see what that does it’s amazing
If your interested put the curry paste in before the coconut milk or cream and cook it out a bit you'll smell it get very aromatic that is when it's time to add the coconut cream just a bit more flavourful
This diet is just plain unrealistic to implement for a long period of time since it interferes too much with your daily life and puts too much stress on your digestive system. I believe 5-6 meals a day should be the optimum number.
I know from experience that this makes you burn more cause I naturally gravitate towards eating this way... But it's definitely bad for your skin cause it keeps your blood sugar elevated! Don't try this if you already have acne or stop immediately if you start getting acne, cause this is why.
It would be so nice to have all my meals planned out throughout the day. I have trouble remembering to eat sometimes and then finding something to eat is even more difficult
Tbh idk how much impact it actually has coz the main thing is to be in caloric surplus to build muscle. You wouldn't be in the toilet constantly if you just eat a little each meal for 12 meals. It's not when our how frequent you eat. It's how much goes into your body in total
I found the trick for this, don't use the dishwasher and you will get fit by always cooking or washing dishes. Bonus for carrying around your cooler all day since you need it constantly.

when did you measure the after measurements? right after the day of your 6000 calorie consumption? what if the result is just from the carbs from your cake and burgers
Eating more is the only way to increase muscle. Careful because after months of bulking, or years like me, I'm SO HUNGRY all the time. I increased my arms from 13 to 16.8 inches in two years naturally. They never grew when I tried to keep abs and stay lean I get accused all the time of being on steroids. It's amazing But I got a tummy now and I Reveresed my metabolism now my ghrelin hunger hormones are always firing up I used to be able to fast for a few days at a time and felt amazing. Would just eat more than normal for a few weeks. But now it's so hard to not get fat. But everything looks so fucking muscular and all the girls love it. Until I lift my shirt up. I've lost 20 pounds and thought I would have abs by now, but I still have 10 to 15 more to go. Muscles are still just as big. It's just hard. Don't bulk hard for years. I just know that the only time anything ever grew was when I ate more and just spammed calisthenics along with heavy weight progressive over load and drop sets with smaller muscles. Calisthenics is actually better than lifting weights in my opinion because those guys get way better physiques faster than someone that just lifts weights. It's just harder to do and I put my 30 pound level 3 rifle armor vest on and go to the gym and do pushups and pullups and I love it when I get a woman from a Karen. I highly recommend it it's an adrenaline dump for sure
