    Does FPV make a dash mounted version so this can be seen while kayaking? All of my FPV stuff is nicely tucked in the hull. Love the info on this but can’t see this piece lying around the outside…

    I have your 110 ah battery on my Old Town Autopilot 120 and it works great. Would like to add the meter if possible.

    Looks excellent. Will you be adding Bluetooth support?

    I bought this...and wrongly assumed the safety cut off came with it. Not much of a safety feature if its not included with anything.

    Fantastic! I need to contact u early in the new year, hopefully get a deal for 50ah battery, monitor magnet disconect maybe some additional connectors or something, want to run a motor, fish finder and have connections for some lights also... but I’m not very good with electronics so ideally I’ll email u with what I need/want and u can give me some info on exactly what I need and best way to go about wiring it together, might even get 2 batteries, so I can run the fish finder and lights on 1 battery, and use my paddles, or add the extra battery and motor for if I want to go further out to sea 🤔😊

    Can you have the magnetic kill switch incorporated into the battery monitor as a single unit?

      We don't have any plans to make a combined unit.

    Will this be Bluetooth compatible? If I'm kayak fishing and want to check my battery, I have to have a way to monitor the batteries without having to raise get out of my kayak, raise the set and view the monitor.

      @@brandongoh8900 That’s unfortunate and I don’t see the point of this device for my needs if I have to remove my seat and etc in order to view the display. I noticed on the video you mentioned a fully charged battery is 12.6V, is that correct, seems low for a lithium battery. Full disclosure I purchased the 2x 50 ah batteries and have been trying to figure out a way to monitor them while on the water in order to make sure I’m good while kayaking.

      @@jasonhayes2778 12.6v is correct as you might be referring to other types of lithium batteries. I'd just keep an eye on the voltage and when you start to see the voltage sit at about 10v at rest then you know the battery is getting low. Once you take out your kayak a few times you'll get a better idea of what runtimes to expect. For example we run a 28lb motor with pwm and if we are trolling I know that we'll get 8 hours easy on a single 50ah.

    Does it remember the last remaining AH after you disconnect it from the battery then reconnect it?

    • @brandongoh8900
      @brandongoh8900 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it has a memory function!

    Would this monitor work with double connector with 2 x 50ah ?

  • @slgvsims4330

    Is this the same gauge as on the new pwm controller

    • @brandongoh8900
      @brandongoh8900 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No the meter on the PWM is a voltmeter. This is a capacity meter which will tell you exactly how many Ah remaining.

    When is this going to be available in the United States? I love your products. I'm about to buy the 2 50AH batteries to power the Oldtown Autopilot. I fish bass kayak tournaments all over the States. I'm probably one of the few people who use your product. I do tell others about your gear!

      @@brandongoh8900 this only has a 400 to 800 life cycle Brandon. It's more pricey then Daktoa with less then half the ability to recharge it. 2000 life cycle is pretty standard with some ging upwards of 3000 to 5000. This one is 400...maybe 800 if you treat it real good.
