That batt looks sick Ian that batt would come in really handy in the hobie our 13kg is a bit much for 45 AH. Is the batt a true 50ah? Just seems too good to be true.

Is there a yellow and white wire inside your motor for speed control? I have them in my newport vessels motor, and I'm unsure if I can just connect the positive and negative to the fpv power PWM and leave these two white and yellow wires unconnected.
Hi there. I really like this electric motor and am seriously considering to purchase this product. I have 1 question. Is it possible to shorten the shaft on it? For me, this is the only thing I don't like on it. I think the shaft could be shorter.

@@reyesrolando1964 We can't ship to the US as the freight cost is ridiculous especially with Covid 19 on. I'd ask Mariner to get one in for you with their next lot of goods.

Yes we will have a traditional clamp mounted style as well. Which can be used generically.

Yes dont touch the yellow and white wires. Just red and black
I have extended the magnetic kill switch from the FPV PWM to a more suitable spot on my yak
