Caribbean people re-purpose jars. In Trinidad we re use the Nescafe coffee bottles for our homemade green seasoning or pepper sauces etc.

Terri add some mint leave and Chadon beni (cilantro) it definitely takes the flavor up a notch, I use pimento peppers and hot peppers also.

No specific measurements as it’s pretty much everything I showed in small quantities unless making a big batch

Usually adding it to a cup of water keeps it fresh and will even encourage new leaf growth too😆
