Forged rods from factory. Internal are pretty strong on the N54. Just plagued by the fuel pump issues. Owned one for ten years they make good power and the steering feel with the hydraulic pump is what makes the car.

Justin Kroeker I swear Texas has some of the best deals on used cars. I bought an 09 g37s sedan down there for 4500 with 96,000k miles about a year ago. You can go up to 7 or 8k on that 35i

Eh I don’t see that as a positive, I like BMW as a whole but Toyota completely agreeing to rebrand a Z4 top to bottom as the new Supra is just an insult to what the Mk4 was. If anything they could have assisted them with the drivetrain and left it there.
