Finally put a top mount Speedtech 6466 precision turbo onto my BMW 335i E92 N54 ALSO put a pair of S71 Welds wrapped in some Mickey Thompson street radials!

Answer to "Should I wrap my manifold?":
"No. Cast manifolds (both coated and un-coated) should NOT be wrapped, as it can cause hotspots and cracking."

Proud of ya I remember when I get my pte 6466 gen 2 turbo kit I didn’t even do pills I just listen to the sweet sweet noises 😂. For the misfire you need to switch over to e85 and or get closer gapped spark plugs. Too much boost is blowing your park out like a candle. 2 step colder aswell

What plugs do you use? Have the same problem on my single turbo. Misfires no matter what anymore, been a very consistent problem for 3 months so I haven't driven it much.
@@ccdccd2708 for big single turbos go with two step colder NGK’s gapped down to 0.024 or 0.022 depending on psi and whp numbers. Stock plug gap will extinguish the spark on higher boost levels which will give you a misfire under higher boost levels.

You need to regap the spark plugs. More boost equals smaller gap so the spark doest get blown out. I had to do that to all my boosted cars
Get it tuned!!!!
Make sure you got your boost solenoid set up properly. the top of the gate is supposed to help push down on the valve to give you more pressure than what the waste gate spring got in it and the bottom is regular spring pressure. If I were you I would just run the bottom line and have the boost controller bleed off like a regular boost controller until you can get someone to set up the top and bottom port for you.
Cus if you keep driving while over boosting your gonna bend a rod or melt a piston cus of running mad lean

Just a suggestion but might need bigger injectors and a bigger pump for the fuel when your in the higher rpm range might have been why it was breaking up
