You can also give orders to your A.I teammates individually. Not as a team. You’ll know if you are giving order to one person if the order selection is white.
I've honestly just been playing through the missions on practice since teammates always get wall banged or crisis after like a mission. I always go lethal tho usually 😅

This guy probably had the one instance I’ve ever seen of the ai behaving how I would actually expect enemy combatants to. I can’t tell you how many times I had to do this mission over again because I’d flash a guy and move in and he still shoots me or they come running from another room right when you go to arrest another even if you sit and wait
If you guys are having issues and insist on using swat bots to get an S, then I have a couple of tips: 1. There is no reason as far as I'm concerned to not have your swat team in heavy/full/steel armor as they don't suffer from the movement penalty. It's not like they use their movement reactively anyway, so its a must. 2. If you are tired of having your swat team get gunned down while breaching, I suggest giving them the M203 stinger. Its fast and the rounds explode on impact making breaches more consistant. 3. You and your team don't need 2-3 extra pistol mags. Be sure to make loadouts with that in mind, 0-1 mags for a S rank is more than enough. 4. Door wedges. 5. For this map, don't be afraid to split your team to do a double breach on the center room. Try to get them to cover as much area as possible. Stop the killing. Stop the dying.
i tried an S run here when they had 0 pistol mags, they for some odd reason decided that while in a firefight instead of using the beanbag shotgun they attempted to use the unloaded pistol and all died.
It's a tool desigened to extend and see futher then the player can. Of course you can use it to peek around corners. It's basically a mirror on a stick.
Amazing luck here, no suspects pushing from corners, no inhuman aimbots, easy targets close together in the main room, sometimes the game throws you a bone, most of the time it shits on you.
Nearly S-ranked it last night since the hotfix, ran all pepperguns and teargas, ended up dropping to an A+ after one cop got overzealous and walked past a threshold in the Navy apartment. 27 minute flawless run down the drain.
I had a civilian run into a Hogwarts wall in Valley of the Dolls. I saw her run behind a suspect into a tent. After cuffing him I went in the tent and there was nobody. So I couldn't complete the mission, never saw her again. She had a visible purple dress and I clipped the thing. You see her run, nearly take a bullet and disappear into the tent followed by a scream that continuously gets muffled.
I had no idea you could order civilians and suspects past the compliance call and to turn around if they face you as they're kneeling. Holy shit, this changes so many things!
What I did was clear the hallways first, wedging all the apartment doors, cleared middle, then set the AI to hold. cleared the rest solo after that. the friendly AI has definitely improved, before 1.0 I always just had the AI hang back on this map, but now they can clear hallways by themselves, and pretty easily clear the middle room by themselves too (they still have a chance of dying though) as for the rest of the rooms, they're still pretty bad.
Thats actually a good idea. This map has so many nooks and crannies. I did that with some of the doors on the second mission while my team and I cleared the main apartment.
@@John-mf6ky you can wedge all 4 black doors if you are afraid of being pushed. But usually if you go in one direction bots are not fast enough at following you so you can, clear everything one by one np. Just take shit load of nades and a mirrorgun. Also if bots leave the rooms and try to engage you in this narrow corridor it's a lot easier to deal with them, since they don't have much cover.
Took me 3 days to finish the mission with non lethal gear because of the ''arrest 3 suspects'' objective. It was really hard and i ended up getting S without even going specifically for it. P.S now i got PTSD and i check every door of every level because of the traps
It might be cheating but on most maps, especially this one, I start clearing the main hall/body of a building and wedging every door and entrance as I go until that main body is clear. Then I carefully unwedge and clear each room as I see fit so no one can crawl up my ass.
Not cheating at all. SWAT stands for Special Weapons and Tactics after all, you've got tools and you gotta use them. Wedging the apartment doors and bottlenecking the rest of the suspects into an area to clear through room by room is not cheating at all, it's the smartest thing you can do in this specific scenario. Especially since 1204, 1203 and 1202, 1201 are tied together with housekeeping storage rooms or whatever. Wedge 1201, 1202 and 1203 and then you enter and clear 1204 and 1203 together. Once done, go outside, unwedge 1202 and do the same thing. All that matters, is clearing the conference room and hallways first.

Having good aim and getting shot through the floor are two different things. Had a perp take me out from the theater room on volls while I was on the stairs coming from the top floor
I think there should’ve been more personalized voice lines for the 1.0 update. Stuff like ‘snipers nest secure’ or ‘terrorist vet from the video secured’. Would be cool, but not necessary, just more immersive

I always carry 2 bots with me so they can package all the guns and hostages(it just makes everything faster and a bit easier) You can't really order them to clear a room usually they either take too much damage or even die. This one seemed ok to S rank, but some other missions are just CBT(i'm well over a 100 restarts on valley of dolls for example)...
Are you using a mod that makes it harder to penetrate walls? Because I would have been shot dead at 5:52 and 7:53 if it were me playing. I cant count the number of times I've been shot through walls. They're made of paper.
ELEPHANT is harder I think. Enemies are fast, unpredictable, they'll run away from you and shoot a civ. And you also have to deal with two bombs so you don't have this much time to walk around freely
Harder to get an S rank for sure, but not harder if you are amining for A-B or just to pass. Out of all missions Brisa Cove is the hardest for me personally, even though now i know how to pass it (wedge every door everywhere and clear one by one room).
I know what you mean, my team struggled also with this mission. But we did go lethal - which isn't always the best option to go for, I see now =). Also, what option did you have to have those weapons highlight soo good? Or is it a mod?
Sick run. I wonder how many tries in total before you manage to do this. Usually i get 1 shot off screen sometimes through walls. Enemy AI once they see you has wall hack and aim bot.
I'm trying to S nightclub with the AI right now. I've been trying to do it for the past 3 days. Probably died at least 100 times by now. I'm getting to the point where I feel like its impossible without downloading a mod that tweaks the AI. I'm determined to get it done with the vanilla AI though. More rewarding. P.S I do heavily recommend running gunfighter. That 25 slots (just the "basic" file of the mod) really helps a lot since you have to do most of the work to keep the suspects alive, as seen here. Give the AI non- lethal primaries and you can't trust them to not whip out their pistol to kill or incapacitate, which ruins your S rank
one of my AI teammates was at the other end of the fireexit spawn (looking at the laundry room) and i told them to stack up on the door to the right. the ai decided to go forward where i hadn’t cleared and died like instantly. i hate this map so much.

Yeah, it stops them from coming out of those rooms when he is working in another room and it stops them from coming going out of the door to the connecting room to the hall way and coming around behind him.
would you say its easier to get s ranks without AI team? Whenever I try this mission on practice I can never get the "arrest 3 suspects" due to my team just blasting every gunman in sight before I can clear a room myself. Now I'm kinda scared to run this mission on Commander mode.
i do think so yeah, leaves less room for mistakes out of your control Once you map out an ideal pathing on each map and clear it patiently with a lot of mirror gun usage you're pretty good to go
You just give your friendly AI teammates also non lethal guns and it is easy to get 3 arrest. That one is always easy to get, 3 arrests. So 0 side arm ammo, just only non lethal for your teammates and it should be no problem.
You know what's the best part of this game? We decided to play all less-lethal on Neon Tomb. Things went well for the first half of the game, until the objective decided to commit suicide (literally shooting himself in the head) and we lost 500 points.
HOW, nobody surrenders in gas or to beanbags for me. I shot a dude and yelled at them 4 times (like Shot-Yell-Shot-Yell), and he still kept trying to shoot so I tried a headshot and it killed em. Had a dude in gas for 3ish seconds AND hit em with a beanbag, still wouldnt drop the gun and killed a squad member. Then shot a guy in the groin cause no armor, and he tanked it no reaction, killed me. I can only beat missions spraying every last suspect down without a attempt at yelling. I havent actually seen a less lethal work in my gameplay even remotely.
lol This mission is truly unforgivable!!!! Never thought I'd accomplished it before the year ends! WTF!?!?! I get that we are fighting veterans but come on now! Give us at least more additional swat officers on the scene as backup!? Because this was bullshit! And not that fun at all. The enemy were completely buffed up and played like goddess! About 30 officers died in this mission in my playthrough lol. I changed my tactics afterwards though. Bring order to chaos became my priority at full force. Where I shot almost everything on site until ALL enemies were dead. Costing me at least one failed objective. But at least the game doesn't punished you for that and allow you to still proceed on the next mission lol. So there is that. But yea, killing enemies in this mission should be your number one concern for sure. Shoot on site! Even if it cost a civilian life by mistake! Because these guys are ruthless and shoot like gods!!! And will move around the map like god damn cockroaches non-stop ambushing you out of nowhere killing you in one shot!!
No enemies wallbanging... sneaking up on perps easily... always getting a surrender after 1 bean bag shot and somehow not alerting majority of the main room/hallway with gunshots I am not sure if it is a built in mechanic of the game to make the AI way worse if you fail a bunch and this is just the attempt where the handicap sets in but this is just not the same AI that everybody playing legit deals with on average. Your aim is decent but the only thing impressive on this is how you have managed to get AI this slow and unaware. I would love to see your first few attempts.
Amazing how he's able to walk past windows several times without getting shot and freely galavant through uncleared rooms with his tablet to his face while I'm getting wallbanged and blown up by traps that were already disabled. Wish I was this good.
That bean bag shotgun is way OP. I shooting suspects with FMJ and hitting them first but then they acting like nothing happened and shooting towards me more aggressively. But when you use bean bag shotgun (even for armored suspects) they fastly dropping their gun... While I'm using FMJ and even I yell at them twice or more, they so damn rarely dropping their gun. This is really need to be fix. It's so unrealistic. While using bean bang in real life, you're in more danger. Because is Less Lethal. But somehow that shotgun in the game doesn't care anything, even armor...
it's like were playing 2 different games. your movement doesnt look particularly good, but the ai acts like youre john wick. the ai in my game shoots me through the walls before i even know theyre there.
within the first 20 seconds, it clear you've modded the game as in 1.0, simply walking within line of sight of a hostile causes them to lock on, change to alert and shoot at you within seconds.
Doesn’t it say at the end when you modded the game? That’s what it did for me when I tried some of them. Little says right above the score "Mod detected, score not registered" or something along those lines. Unless there’s another mod to hide that, I’m still new.
If they don't look directly at you and you have walk on toggle, you can get upclose to perps without alerting them. Notice that he didn't have a laser, flashlight on or opened the door wide, he only peeked it as he walked.
You modified AI with either cheats or mods. In the real game the AI will delete you trough the wall in 1 millisecond. There is no such thing as enemy standing with its back waiting for you, they will actively search and murder you before you even have time to react.
Thats what reddit does to a mf. Wanna for them to say like that with their back towards you? Start peeking doors, and not going all tacti-cool with kicks and full swings.
I took 4 hours to complete this map, and I'm going on 5 hours to complete the postal map (still havent) But to answer your question its not modified or modded at all, and I'm not sure which moment youre talking about but make sure you peek doors then physically push it open, this way a.i. doesn't hear you, if you just do the open action they instantly turn around and blast you

Using the mirror gun to peak corners is crazy. The amount of times my whole team got 1 tapped by a door trap is ridiculous on this map.

Well, most of the time he is walking so the ai is not alert. He plays it smart. You need some luck in this game with spawns.

i had to do this like 10 times with ai aswell. Its easier with a team but still the enemy ai in this game is too much. Very unrealistic

there are only 4 suspects there though, once you deal with them you can just find the bombs and civvies.

It's part of the game if you go to your options and settings and switch to the accessibility tab it'll highlight all weapons
Those tactical vests might stop bullets but they cant stop bean bags

Yeah, it stops them from coming out of those rooms when he is working in another room and it stops them from coming going out of the door to the connecting room to the hall way and coming around behind him.
Yup, it can actually be nice while you hit the main room in a mission.
would you say its easier to get s ranks without AI team? Whenever I try this mission on practice I can never get the "arrest 3 suspects" due to my team just blasting every gunman in sight before I can clear a room myself. Now I'm kinda scared to run this mission on Commander mode.

Once you map out an ideal pathing on each map and clear it patiently with a lot of mirror gun usage you're pretty good to go

You just give your friendly AI teammates also non lethal guns and it is easy to get 3 arrest. That one is always easy to get, 3 arrests. So 0 side arm ammo, just only non lethal for your teammates and it should be no problem.
This is modded no way this is the same a.i i versed. They'll shoot through walls and that reaction time is insane.
You know what's the best part of this game? We decided to play all less-lethal on Neon Tomb. Things went well for the first half of the game, until the objective decided to commit suicide (literally shooting himself in the head) and we lost 500 points.
HOW, nobody surrenders in gas or to beanbags for me. I shot a dude and yelled at them 4 times (like Shot-Yell-Shot-Yell), and he still kept trying to shoot so I tried a headshot and it killed em. Had a dude in gas for 3ish seconds AND hit em with a beanbag, still wouldnt drop the gun and killed a squad member. Then shot a guy in the groin cause no armor, and he tanked it no reaction, killed me. I can only beat missions spraying every last suspect down without a attempt at yelling. I havent actually seen a less lethal work in my gameplay even remotely.

The average game of this map lasts about 15 minutes. I have played for 4 - 5 hours and there is still no rank S. It is frustrating.

Shotgun is the best, since pepper ball firearms takes more than a round to suspect to comply. It costs my run few times.

Nope totally possible, just be quiet and the AI won't notice you. If you run in jelling and kicking doors AI will get to alarm status all over the map

I'm actually annoyed at how easy you made this look. I died about 87 times when my team had plenty of flashbangs and 2 shields
lol This mission is truly unforgivable!!!! Never thought I'd accomplished it before the year ends! WTF!?!?! I get that we are fighting veterans but come on now! Give us at least more additional swat officers on the scene as backup!? Because this was bullshit! And not that fun at all. The enemy were completely buffed up and played like goddess! About 30 officers died in this mission in my playthrough lol. I changed my tactics afterwards though. Bring order to chaos became my priority at full force. Where I shot almost everything on site until ALL enemies were dead. Costing me at least one failed objective. But at least the game doesn't punished you for that and allow you to still proceed on the next mission lol. So there is that. But yea, killing enemies in this mission should be your number one concern for sure. Shoot on site! Even if it cost a civilian life by mistake! Because these guys are ruthless and shoot like gods!!! And will move around the map like god damn cockroaches non-stop ambushing you out of nowhere killing you in one shot!!
And not only that, they also know how to shoot through walls instantly killing you instantly lol. I used to LOVE this mission but not anymore 🥴

No enemies wallbanging... sneaking up on perps easily... always getting a surrender after 1 bean bag shot and somehow not alerting majority of the main room/hallway with gunshots I am not sure if it is a built in mechanic of the game to make the AI way worse if you fail a bunch and this is just the attempt where the handicap sets in but this is just not the same AI that everybody playing legit deals with on average. Your aim is decent but the only thing impressive on this is how you have managed to get AI this slow and unaware. I would love to see your first few attempts.
Amazing how he's able to walk past windows several times without getting shot and freely galavant through uncleared rooms with his tablet to his face while I'm getting wallbanged and blown up by traps that were already disabled. Wish I was this good.
That bean bag shotgun is way OP. I shooting suspects with FMJ and hitting them first but then they acting like nothing happened and shooting towards me more aggressively. But when you use bean bag shotgun (even for armored suspects) they fastly dropping their gun... While I'm using FMJ and even I yell at them twice or more, they so damn rarely dropping their gun. This is really need to be fix. It's so unrealistic. While using bean bang in real life, you're in more danger. Because is Less Lethal. But somehow that shotgun in the game doesn't care anything, even armor...

This mission is interesting but has some issues gameplay wise
it's like were playing 2 different games. your movement doesnt look particularly good, but the ai acts like youre john wick. the ai in my game shoots me through the walls before i even know theyre there.
within the first 20 seconds, it clear you've modded the game as in 1.0, simply walking within line of sight of a hostile causes them to lock on, change to alert and shoot at you within seconds.
Doesn’t it say at the end when you modded the game? That’s what it did for me when I tried some of them. Little says right above the score "Mod detected, score not registered" or something along those lines.

If they don't look directly at you and you have walk on toggle, you can get upclose to perps without alerting them. Notice that he didn't have a laser, flashlight on or opened the door wide, he only peeked it as he walked.

You modified AI with either cheats or mods. In the real game the AI will delete you trough the wall in 1 millisecond. There is no such thing as enemy standing with its back waiting for you, they will actively search and murder you before you even have time to react.
If he was I think the end score would have the modified game tag. That's how it works for me running an AI mod.
probably modified settings to make it easier like the motion blur and such, you cant cheat with mods since it has a modified tag.

But to answer your question its not modified or modded at all, and I'm not sure which moment youre talking about but make sure you peek doors then physically push it open, this way a.i. doesn't hear you, if you just do the open action they instantly turn around and blast you
