You mean "non-lethal"? Less than lethal is the same as less lethal. It's commonly called "LTL". @@Rotinaj37
@@OfficialInvictus Non-lethal is the same as LTL too though, it's just semantics. Point being some people might infer Less Than Lethal as being non lethal, Less Lethal more specifically implies it is still lethal, just less so.
Nice gameplay. One big thing i have noticed is that i think every npc responds to the police shouts. So when you are not sure if there is a threat in a room, because you can not see it with the optiwand just shout police orders and the person in the room responds if the direction fits loosely.
Tldr. Shout Police orders into direction of enemy to make him respond and give his position.
Sometimes suspects do not respond and entrench themselves, readying their gun in the direction you call them from...this could be a threat or an opportunity...
I’ve noticed this too and it helps me pinpoint my stinger grenades wayyyy better
That shotgun blast around 17:10 bout annihilated my pants. 🤣 The suspense abd tension were grand.
yesterday i completed the whole map and checked almost every door for traps while searching for stuff i missed. that ONE LAST door i did not check had a trap. guess what door i barged in to?

I've been trying to S rank 23 megabytes a second for an 1 and a half days... I NEED THE ANIME TATTOO.
I felt that exact way when I saw that tattoo.
Do you struggle with the room michael is in??? Run Gas masks and a fuck ton of cs, have your squad stack up with c2 and cs on hold. Go to the room you arrest the woman in right next to it. There will be a vent that leads into michaels room. Throw CS and other grenades in there while telling your squad to execute command, time it right. Super easy with this method got it first try.

For me, I relied on giving my guys pepper guns while using a less lethal shotgun. All grenades used were cs gas. One thing I did was use a grenade in yhe mothers room since there's an open vent to throw it near and then letting my guys open the door to the streamers apartment. I threw more gas from my own character to make sure the guys in there couldn't fire while arresting anyone that wasn't the brother. Might work for you but on an ai team run your guys night switch to pistols.
It's really stupid and unrealistic that the developers locked away the S rank behind non-lethal runs.
You should get graded on how well you performed given the dynamic situation, not whether you didn't shoot anyone with actual bullets.
This is the most gamery aspect of this game and it's super immersion breaking and unrealistic.
I hate the bug that I can specify to spawn on the stairs... but the game knows better and ignores it
probably the worst spawn in the entire game and also the worst map layout/design ever

New to the channel, love these videos, very immersive.
While I wish weapons were unlocked during gameplay like SWAT 4, I still love that they have rewards for A and S ranks on certain levels. It's just something that I've always loved to shoot for in games: Unique Rewards. Microtransactions have all but demolished them from most games, to the point that even single player games like Starfield doesn't even have unique weapons like old Bethesda games. Unique rewards are so absent from so many games these days. I'm loving RoN now that they have commander mode, 911 calls, rewards for ranks, etc. I still feel like Swat 4's simpler graphics make up for the lack of depth perception and make it feel more fluid when clearing rooms, but RoN have finally nestled right next to it as a worthy Successor (but modded swat 4 still takes the cake, plus it's got better team & player voicelines lol)
Respect for going for the S ranks they are really hard i mean so far without any suspects mods i made it all the way through the list and need to do 3 more level and thats hospital, farm and port and get thoses S ranks but they are really hard i mean on neon i was stuck hard on that level for 9 hours and dobt get me started at postal or ides of march its such a pain but so worth the feeling of achievement i wish you the best of luck on this journey and may you pray that the ai works with you cause sometimes they can be stupid and yeah the journey rough i wish luck
Barisa cove is all about controlling map with wedges, tip, i bring flash launcher to get any roamers and then wedge every door in the halls
Ready or not is amazing, I did Twisted, going flawlessly through all houses etc. I get to the tunnels, starts the same, then I order my team to clear an area and they just won't do it, like 5 attempts, so I go "Fuck it", I toss a flash and rush in, only to be blasted and killed. xD Now I am thinking if maybe they had spotted the suspect earlier and were refusing to move in because they were covering the suspect, but since the suspect was behind a rock wall it just messed up?
Also I kinda miss ordering through the cams that SWAT 4 had.

Never knew you could make suspects move to you with call outs
I hope for the next few updates they refine the suspect ai animation. Like layering flat, hands on the wall, cross feet ... that type of surrendering animations
I've been trying to even just finish Brisa Cove in 1.0 while shooting everyone and after hours and hours I still have not been able to finish it, props to you! The new enemy AI just has aimbot on this update
Clear that outside hall and wedge all the doors so you can take it down a room at a time, just like he did in this video. And go quiet until you've got everything wedged. It's when you get pinched by aimbot ai in those long hallways that things go bad.
one of the gripes i have with 1.0 is it spawns a random number of suspects every time. I wasn't able to complete the S rank on brisa because the game spawned 2 suspects (sometimes 1) and the objective to apprehend 3 was a failure from the start. And my fps halves when i turn on the team camera, some minor gripes here and there but overall the game is amazing now. EDIT: Brisa Cove is actually pretty easy but mindjot datacenter is hell

How did you successfully change the load-out of the AI? After the 1.0 patch it has been bugged according to my research and play-through.

Hey, what happened to the LAPD Uniform mod? Did it get removed once again for a specific reason and if yes, do you know any mod that can be the substitute for that.
I haven't tried any uniform mods, but I'd assume they will be made in the future. Assume certain clothing items will get reskinned.
Is your loadout posted anywhere, or at least armor type? Really struggling with this mission and my loadout is probably part of the problem.
Is there any mods to turn you into MSRT or Taclets?
Hey started playing 1.0 im finding the AI tend to over extend to often and sometimes even push single man up to a new level, how can i manage them better so this doesnt happen?
Shooting first and asking questions later is always fun but I love the flow of meticulous non-lethal gameplay
Brisa Cove took me a while to get on S but jesus christ Greased Palms was a nightmare.
I tried out an all beanbag kit for my whole team to see if the SWAT AI was good enough to clear a level. Man....I should've done this earlier. Now I don't have to worry about morale. I can just farm early missions with less-lethal to keep my guys happy lol.

okay, I swore they were shooting kneeling suspects that had their hands up instead of telling them to get down when I was playing the other day - and I just watched your AI blast a kneeling suspect that had their hands in the air, twice, 17:40 which would've killed them had they not had beanbag rounds. Does this have something to do with their stress level? Or is it just some jank?
we really need some rubber bullets for sidearm or other less lethal option than taser imo

AI still sucks, instead clearing the hallway I needed them to, they searched a wardrobe in the corner of the room while I had some guy shoot me through CS gas as though he was wearing a full hazmat suit

I struggle on this mission a lot mainly because the enemies have esp and aimbot
free lean helps and also wait until they reload if they get the jump on you. if you already use these then not sure haha

Has anyone EVER had a suspect in the utility room on the right as you start Brista Cove? I always clear it, but have never seen an NPC spawn there
I've had a civ spawn there once or twice BEFORE 1.0 launch, but not since 1.0 dropped
How to do this quick lean?
I just finished commander mode. In total I lost 18 officers..
I had one game go so perfect until I told the AI to gas the last suspect, but the AI charged to the suspect alone instead, then get incapacitated
Wedges are your best friend in this one.
ive probably put almost 6 hours into this mission to try and get an s. shit is rough
All in all it's really dumb that an S rank is only for niche non-lethal runs and that you can't get it for just being very effective and efficient

Yeah, at this point it's just like an extra game mode and a trophy to show off that you did it. The true realistic style with a mix of both LTL and lethal is my preferred way to play.

If you haven’t seen it yet, there’s a mod on nexus called voice attack. I’ve seen controller pairs use it in one of his more recent vids, it looks great. I think you would enjoy it as well.

I managed to do a solo S rank on this map becuase my bud had to get off. All you need is a dream Gas Grenades & a Bean Bag Shotgun
I did it in third try by literally spamming 30 CS gases
With spamming CS gases every possible corner, it is super easy 😂😂
Every teammate carries 6 CS gases
Method is
Simply open the door and step beside, and throw gases, also after entering, throw another gas into the possible spawn area

If you hold left alt and use the movment keys you can peak alot further without exposing your body.
Please do greased palms, maybe not even S rank just a successful A walkthrough. I know myself and others are really struggling with the large mail sorting warehouse

I tried this fucking S tier, is that better now ??? Cause i'm remember being every time shot when i try to ask them to surrender and have not enough bullet to spam them for make them unconscious etc... And getting all time kill cause the AI don't give a fuck to surrender -_-

Man how in the hell do you get such a smooth framerate. With an RTX 2070, Ryzen 7 and 16gb of RAM I'm getting as low as 10/12 fps. Game optimization sucks bro

Doing it to get an S rank or just in general? I have plenty of videos going through this map normally with my team. There will be more videos in the future going through everything with a group. There's just not enough hours in the day. I also don't want to get burned out because I've been playing this game since 2021.

This map is absolute cancer to get S rank, I have done it once where everyone has beanbag shotgun, with 4 human players the game is a lot more unpredictable because we make mistakes lol. We got it after multiple attempts though.

Just cleared it as A+ as one of my AI dudes died right on my last room with hostiles to clear.
None of the rooms/zones are that hard in themselves but chaining it all together is hard.
after almost 10 tries i got S rank with non lethals and ai team.
yeah i had bug with the door peeking, so had to use bots to peek for traps.
That sounds....
