Budi is so small compared to the other Orangutans. Luckily the rest seem extra affectionate to him. I'm so happy Budi's part of a Congress of Orangutans now.

It was just three months ago when Budi could barely more his arms and legs. Who would have ever thought how quickly this day came? I was really surprised how careful the others were with the babies. Another great day for Budi.

AndyFromBeaverton I never thought it would come, period. He was just so sick. I thought for sure he'd end up never even being able to climb, let alone motivate on his own and walk outside!
Do you know if that's him whining at 1'40"? Someone starts to cry and you hear the others who are teeming around him being scolded in the background, but after watching a few times I still can't tell which one it is.

I just want to say a HUGE Thank YOU from across the 🌎 to all who have spend endless hours on taking care of Budi and Jemmie. All volunteers that feed, bathing, & hugs, kisses and loving to them. It takes a very unselfish, gifted 😇 to give up sleep, family and 🕔, so that they can give a beautiful animal a chance at life. Great Job...its very 💗warming.

Please make a video showing how Budi was from the beginning where he was in pain moving his limbs to the amazing transformation that he achieved thanks to your help! That will definitely get you a lot of attention!

crankatorium There have been other videos published like that already by other organisations. I'm sure if you simply do a TH-cam search for Budi, they will come up, but I'm also sure you'll have to sadly sift through hoards of them to find what you need.

I thought Budi was trying to dominate Jemmi when he first saw him, he was grabby and Jemmi had to keep retreating, but I think he just desperately wanted a real orang-outang hug...
