tucks my fav, this vid was so good and informative.. itd be awesome to see a vid detailing how to go from a straight lowering in to the tuck with proper form.. thatd be amazing
Thank you , great advice as usual. One question please: what do u really mean by “shoulders open”? Can u detail a bit? Or show a video link , something, to understand better 🙏🙏
It's the angle of your shoulders. Ideally, you want your shoulders in the center. But a lot of beginners lack overhead shoulder mobility, so their shoulder tend to "close" and collapse - causing an unstable base for balance. When I say open shoulders, it means bringing your shoulder angle the opposite direction - but just enough where you are in the center of the balancing point. isn't it more than shoulder mobility? your thoracic spine is incredibly mobile! Do you have drills to increase thoracic mobility?

Shoulders open = keeping the floor away ??

@@EdLiuHandBalance super thanks 🙏, fully understand now!
But how can I work towards that? Should be a lot mobility work i assume 🤗!
@@EdLiuHandBalance how do you make those shoulders move and stay in to the middle?? 🥶
Question . Your arching your back ALOT. I’ve been told by my coaches to never arch the back always have a straight line in the tuck . Thoughts ?
Does it make sense to train handstand for balance and strength if i can't get the tuck easly ?
Yes keep up the strength and balance routine, but include flexibility
