NZFWDA AGM 2024 Day 4 Tukino

The New Zealand Four Wheel Drive Associations AGM for 2024 was held in the centre of the North Island of New Zealand at Taupō - supported by the Taupō Four Wheel Drive Club - and based at the Wairakei Resort.
It was an early start to get a tire repaired in Taupō. I found the Land-Rover on a bit of a lean yesterday morning - but with the late finish last night I was not able to get it fixed - so had to skip the driver briefing and head straight into town.
This morning, we are heading south on the eastern side of lake Taupō to drive around National Park. I contacted the trip leader Cam Raupi - and arranged for Gen to ride with Brett Whyte so I could meet the convoy just before Turangi.
